When I booked the service they said it would be $53 for the service call, plus any parts. The person they sent was more interested in finding a problem with her heater than fixing the logs. He even admitted he wasn't that great with logs. He charged another $80 for "diagnostic" before he did any work.

Impressive responsiveness. I contacted Klear Plumbing through the messaging feature on Angie's List website around 9 pm. Had an email response within minutes. I asked a question or two, got prompt responses. Agreement to have scheduler call the next day to arrange a visit for a free estimate. Plumber on site within hours. Provided diagonsis with several solution options. We went for replacement of 16 year old hot water heater. Installation was handled the same day. Supervisor inspected the installation since our house is outside boundaries of city inspectors.

Responded with very little wait time. Tech was polite, professional and leak repaired much quicker than I expected.

On Thanksgiving Day, my water heater went out. Since the big box stores were closed, I could not purchase a new one and install it, so I called several plumbers. All Klear was the only one I could find that had the heater in stock and would come and install it. They showed up very promptly and within two hours had the new water heater installed. The owner showed up and he and his worker were very nice and professional. I dropped their rating down to a B grade due to the price charged. They charged $1,537. I knew this was about $300 to $400 more than it should have been (even at holiday prices). They wouldn't break down the charge between parts and labor until I made several calls to their office. They finally broke the bill down at $846 parts (which is about right), $59 for the "after hours" service call, and $632 for labor. The labor charge I believe was unreasonably high for such a quick and easy job like this. I would recommend using this company due to their high quality of service, but would recommend getting price quotes from other firms if possible to insure you receive a fair price.

Arrived quickly even though I called late in afternoon. Explained to me as to what had happened and checked other outdoor faucet and changed out part just in cause. Had Mark(?) check minor indoor situation and he quickly did that. Would hire again.

The technician that came out said the shut off valve also needed replaced (didn't even ask him to look at that) and the fill valve. The shut off would be $140 and the fill valve $175. Now when I called in I tried to ask what the "estimate" cost would be, I had a price in mind but was told they had to look and that estimates were free. When "Jessie" gave us the cost and I said NO he wanted to charge a trip charge. I asked what was wrong with the shut off valve, he said it wasn't working - funny worked for me to shut off water before he got there. Needless to say, $300 to fix my running toilet didn't happen - I could buy a brand new one for a 1/3 cost. Nor did I pay the trip charge. When called in the office, the dispatcher said we would have got a $20 discount for Angie's list...I don't care that is highway robbery to replace the fill valve in a toilet. No work was done, nor will I ever call them in future.

When we made the appointment we had two issues that needed to be dealt with - by the time he arrived (he was on time - same day as the call) we had three issues. First was a leaking toilet tank, second was what we thought was a supply line leak and the third issue was a broken outdoor faucet. First he dealt with the toilet tank, then went in the crawl space to check out the supply line leak which we found was not a leak but a result of the tank leaking, then on to the outdoor faucet. He did not have the proper parts for the outdoor faucet was going to come back in 5 days (the following Monday) to finish, however, the following morning the toilet tank was still leaking so we called again they came out again on the same day redid the tank and fixed the outdoor faucet - when checking back on the toilet tank we found it was still leaking and noticed a hair line crack in the tank causing the leak. He had a new toilet in the truck and we purchased this and he installed it. Charles the second gentleman to provide the service was great. He was understanding as we still had the leak from the first attempt the day before on the toilet tank so he gave us a partial credit on the first days work charge and no service charge for the return trip.

Everything went well. They are little Pricy, otherwise they are good.

They are somebody I used for over a year and a half and I was so upset with them. I would never ever refer them to anybody again.

The tech that was sent out was unfamiliar with heat pumps and had to call "someone" frequently for help, then they tried to charge me for the full time here. Sorry I was not going to pay for his "training" time when an experienced tech could have repaired it much faster. The tech was just young but he was professional and really trying ...so nothing against him.

I would get an estimate ahead of time. They have issued a credit to me after contacting me. I have to give them kudos for trying to right this which means they do care and want their customers to be satisfied.

I've been very happy with them and they are very reasonable with pricing.

We have a bathroom in the basement and water was backing up into the shower. I was a little worried about calling someone to come out on a Saturday night but i called All Klear at around 7:15 and they were there within an hour as promised. Charles got right on the problem and even called City Utilities to have them come out on Monday to flush the line from the street. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future, they even gave me a $20 discount for being an Angie's list member.

The worker was friendly and professional and did the job well. The problem was with the dispatcher I spoke to that morning. I called at around 6:45am Saturday morning to have them snake the line. The dispatcher said it would be $59 and they charged by the job not the hour. There was no mention of any charges above the $59. Granted the price sounded too good to be true, but I was going off of what I was told over the phone. It wasn't until after the worker finished the job that he stated the bill would be 163.45. After another discussion with the dispatcher he dropped the price to $153.45 total, including the $20 discount offered through Angies List. I just felt like it was a bait and switch routine and they should have been clearer about pricing upfront. Will not be using them again because of this. To All Klear- in the future you should make clear that the $59 is just an initial fee. If I call you and tell you what I need done you should know roughly what the cost is so why confuse customers with the $59 pitch?

Did an excellent job. The technician was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I have used this service for other repairs and each time they have done a good job. I think they are honest and want to help in any way they can to get the job done in a fair and cost effective manner.

They’ve been awesome to work with, and they’ve done everything right. They have been nothing but wonderful, and it worked out well. Very nice, professional, personable, and I would recommend them to anyone. I’d give them an A+ rating.

Lime deposit traveled up inside the hot water line to the kitchen sink. So, after a few visits they were finally able to break the line free. Friendly, accommodating and nice guys. The hot water tank is fine and no issues yet with the line to the sink again. Planning a water softener and we will have no problem using All Klear for that when it's time to do that.

In September of 2012, my air conditioner quit working. I called All Klear to come and fix it. The men were nice, professional, and timely. They told me that the compressor was out, and that the compressor was no longer made and I would need a completely new heating and cooling unit. They gave me an estimate of $4960.00. I decided to get a second opinion, and called Ruckman Heating and Cooling of Republic. He made a temporary fix for $69 and ordered a new compressor (which WAS available) and on the next trip installed the new compressor for $1032.00. I saved $3859. I have nothing negative to say about All Klear except they gave me erroneous information. I know this information is two years old, but we moved and I just uncovered the receipts. I can copy the receipts if anyone wants to see them.

When the gentlemen arrived he inspected the clog and one side of the sink drained while the other did not. The clog was in the pipe between the two sinks and not the neck. He used a snake to clear it up. While he was working on the sink he used our paper towels and pans to catch water and clean up the mess. He placed an All Klear sticker on our garbage disposal without asking. The experience was not the best and the services rendered were very pricey.

They were excellent. Shawn was the main guy doing the job. They were very cordial. They did some extra work that they did not charge me for, like reseeding my grass and replaced a leaky bathtub faucet. I was very impressed. We have a 10 year warranty on the pipes and a three year warranty on the labor.

Work was done very well. Shane was very nice and knowledgeable about the issue at hand.

They were very courteous over the phone, showed up when they said they would, and did a very professional job. They were able to come the same day even though I didn't request that as it wasn't an emergency. I felt the price was fair and their work comes with a 2 year warranty. I liked the flat price for the job. They don't charge hourly and the price includes tax and travel. I would use this company again.
