Charles arrived at agreed upon time and performed all work as expected. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. I was involved in moving heavy items from my house and Charles even volunteered to help my mover and I to lift a few very heavy items, without me asking. I'm sold on All Klear and its great staff.

Eric was great! We have an older, rarer model that is difficult to repair. Eric came over to install a pilot assembly that a previous plumber had us order earlier in the week because replacing the thermocoupler had not fixed the hot water heater. After replacing the pilot assembly we had ordered and having the pilot light continue to go out after less than 60 seconds of lighting, Eric stepped back reevaluated and discovered an unusual situation had occurred. Either before our previous plumber replaced the thermocoupler earlier in the week or when he was replacing it, the sensor unit on the thermocoupler adapter had come loose. Eric tightened that up and the pilot light stayed lit. Throughout the entire time he worked, Eric was respectful to us and his supervisor, kept pleasant conversation, and continually reassured us that he would make sure we had hot water before he left. Eric knows his job very well and i would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

After calling several big box stores (Lowe's, Home Depot, and Sears) as well as some local plumbers, I learned I would need to order a water heater to fit the short space (48") in our cellar, wait for delivery, and then hire someone to install it. I could not believe a real, live person answered the phone at All Klear at 5 pm on a Sunday, but someone did (!). I was told the plumber would be at my house in two hours to assess the situation. The plumber, Charles, arrived right on time, and after assessing the situation, Charles contacted the Springfield All Klear warehouse and learned there was a water heater that fit the bill in stock. He then drained the old water heater while he drove to the warehouse, returning in half an hour, and installed the new water heater. The whole process took five hours from my initial (and somewhat desperate) phone call to the All Klear truck pulling out of the driveway (again, on a Sunday night!). Charles cleaned up all materials, removed the old tank, and even checked my tap water to see how well the water softener was working. I gave All Klear a "B" for price of the water heater and quality because the water heater was not Energy Star certified and was middle-of-the-road priced. If I had not been in a hurry to get the hot water back on, I probably would have shopped around for a more energy efficient water heater, but I have a six year warranty on the All Klear water heater, and All Klear is local and prompt, so I know they'll service what they sell without my having to go through a third party in case there are problems.

Excellent - Charles is very knowledgable about his work.

He was timely and efficient on both of his visits. Originally, he could not get the sink I preferred, but he called additional suppliers until he was able to acquire the two-hole sink I requested.

Charles did a good job of communicating what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. The broken valve didn't take a really long time to replace and everything's working great now.

Garen did a great job and was very professional, efficient and friendly. He worked about 11 hours each day relacing my heating and air. He went above and beyond to get everything perfect. Garen stayed late to make sure I would not go without A/C.

It went well mike was courteous answer all my questions and behaved in a professional manner. He did not waste time . Gave me estimates for work on the spot. This visit was a part of a service agreement with all Lear therefore no spefic charge.

Mark did an excellent job - discussed options, explained everything, showed me what he was doing, kept me aware of his findings...great experience for me.

Very professional. Diagnosed the problem. The problem was not actually a plumbing issue but a grout problem. Grout is not a repair performed by All Klear, but Eric was knowledgeable and gave a suggestion on how to repair the problem.

I had a water heater fail and partially flood my basement on the day before Easter. Jerry responded quickly and very patiently waded through the process of getting clearance to do the work with my Home Owner's Warranty firm. Once the work was approved. he worked quickly and professionally. Jerry was was very friendly and the work is perfect. The absolute top of my list the next time I need a plumber.

Our water hydrant suddenly quit late on Friday night. Called them early on Saturday morning and they were here within an hour and a half, got the job done right away, and we had water back in the house within a couple of hours. Very nice to work with and will call again if needed!

Unbelievably overpriced! The technician checked the furnace and said the induction fan motor needed to be replaced. He quoted me over $900. I said to hold off that I would get a second opinion. He then charged me $120 for the call and furnace "inspection." I searched on the internet and found the part for just over $100. My husband installed the new motor in about 45 minutes (he's a lawyer, but fairly handy). I frankly believe I could also have installed it - we watched instruction videos on YouTube. So, AllKlear quoted me $900+ for $100 part that my non-expert husband installed in less than an hour. Pure attempted robbery. I had thought part of this was they were trying to pull something over on the ignorant female, but in reading the some of the other reviews, this is a common complaint. Their work may be technically fine, but priced at about 4x what it should be. For many of the good reviews out there, I suspect you way overpaid for the service/product you received.

They told me what parts were bad and quoted me $800 to fix it. I told them to hold off on the repair and just paid the $120 for them to come out and diagnose the problem. I later looked up the part they told me was bad and found I could buy it for $55. So they want me to pay $800 for a $55 part (that they get even cheaper) plus pay another $700 for their labor. That sounds fair! When I opened up the unit myself, (which they inspected) and found the filter wedged in sideways. I straightened the filter and tinkered a little bit, and the unit has not had a problem since. I feel I just got scammed as they also quoted me over $8000 for a whole new HVAC system. I'll never trust these guys again.

Attention was given to my furnace, water heater, and gas fireplace. There was also an inspection of my crawl space. Recommendations were given by the Technician, Sean Barrett. Sean was especially conscientious, and offered ideas for maintenance. He's well-trained and an excellent representative for All Klear. Service was fast and on time. Thanks so much.

After a failed attempt with another company, we called All Klear and they came very quickly to assess the problem. This occurred over a holiday weekend, so we had to wait two days for the repair, which was a much quicker timeline than we were given by the other company. Their estimate was considerably lower, they arrived when they said they would, and got the job done in a timely manner. We were happy with the quality of their work and how pleasant their workers were.
