Description of Work: The gentleman who came out to do the HVAC servicing spent four hours at my house. He actually change the filters. The last company I used, Charged me to do so but had not done it. I found this outcwhen I went to check the filter right after they left. I switched to this company. I'm amazed at how thorough the gentleman is. | |I signed up for a contract, that is why it is so expensive. I have four units. | |The price also included fixing three showers. Two, which had pour water flow, and one which had no Cold water. | |I had them clean my drains, and hook up a new washer and dryer. | |I would highly recommend this company. They seem to be honest hard-working and not try to add on extra charges.

Description of Work: Replaced outside faucet and replaced water shutoff to refrig. Cost was way too much. If I had known this before hand I would had shopped around more.

I thought this event to be a bit pricey, but, we have health issues in my home, and the unit was going out on a Thursday, just before the weekend. | The temps were in the 90s and I really did not have time for a 2nd and 3rd appraisal. On Thursday they said they could do and complete the job the next day and they did. They did a good job and now I'm cool and happy. By the way, I'm getting $700 from my power co. for the install. I will definitely use Klear again when needed.

Description of Work: replaced heating unit. my heating unit went out on a cold Friday afternoon. All Clear Plumbing, Heating & Cooling sent a rep. out within 2 hrs.(4 pm). he checked the unit and informed me I had 1 motor out and a second motor very hard to turn. I decided to go with a new unit, the old unit was installed in 94. the reps worked into the night (9 pm) getting my heat on. It was about 20 with snow on the ground. I was very happy to have heat on the weekend and didn't need to wait until Monday for someone to come out!

Description of Work: Called with a leak underneath sink. Advised had located leak, and already purchased the needed parts, prepped the work area by cleaning out all items underneath, hanging trouble lights, and all necessary tools laid out beside cabinet opening. Very nice young man, Daniel, arrived on time, had called before coming and was also polite. Showed him the area where the access area surrounding leak was ready for him to have easy access but mainly to help reduce costs, thinking maybe a 1 hour charge, instead of 2 hour billing. Left room so he could work. Within 15 minutes he came into living room with rusty fitting, showed us and stated that "the work was done". We thought, "Wow he must be good if he's that fast" and inquired about extent of labor needed in the future if we were to replace the entire area under sink, dishwasher and underneath house. He stated he didn't know but it would be a LOT of work and the 'L' shaped fitting that disappeared under house would be very, very difficult. A major ordeal. We replied we would like to consider that possibly in the future. He then handed us a bill and picked up his own tools he had entered the house with and began to load them back into his vehicle. I got my checkbook, looked at the total and was a bit taken aback. First line charged us $39.00 for a 'Trip Fee'?? My first thought was.... I have to pay you to get to my house so I can pay you to do labor? I could possibly see a bit of logic had it been a location some distance out of their normal service area, but in all my life, I've never had an employer pay me to get to work, so that he could pay me while I was there. This company is located at 2321 E. Olive Court and I live at 918 N. Patterson, a total driving distance of 9/10th of a mile. The labor charge for our 15 minutes of repairs totaled $102.00 without any parts, as these were provided at homeowners expense. Within the next week we began to notice an huge abundance of mouse droppings all along counters and baseboards. After getting underneath sink and inspecting the repairs, we noted that the cover panel was still sitting there under sink and had not been replaced over the pipe opening. This left a 24" x 14" opening in the stud wall area which opened directly into the crawl space opening access. Over the next two weeks I spent $41.00 on (6) sets of plastic mousetraps and (1) set of gluestrips, $15 on spray foam insulation that, if needed, a good plumber might advice a homeowner of that fact. I kept all receipts and took photos of bags of dead mice that I emptied on a daily basis. This is also in addition to several pairs of rubber gloves, store room items viz, pillows, quilts, holiday decorations and furniture cushions that the mice burrowed into attempting to move in permanently, a broken window repair resulting from being startled by a mouse on kitchen counter while I was preparing a sandwich, and numerous hours spraying kitchen counters down with bleach were all additional costs that were added to the homeowners unpleasant situation. We are still vacuuming up mouse excrement almost daily, so even though 24 mice were caught in traps, it appears they are still lurking somewhere in my house.

Description of Work: All Klear came to our house on time, confirming via phone they were on their way 30 minutes before arriving. The tech replaced our Pressure Release Valve, also updating the pipe leading to it and away from it to reduce corrosion. He then checked the pressure, and even adjusted one of our outside spigots to stop it from leaking, no additional charge. We were very pleased with the work, and were given a complete estimate of what it would cost before any work was done. We will use them again.

Description of Work: Installed a new gas water heater in the seller. They selected the water heater and installed. I already had a new kitchen faucet in the box and they installed that with one year warranty on the labor. Water Heater came with 6 years parts and labor. They came the same day for a written estimate. I called back about 2 weeks later & they completed the work next day. No complaints, a little costly but they worked for every penny with the seller & all! Great, give em a try! |
