All the guys at all klear were great! Most of our service calls were after hour calls as they were quick in response and fixed the problem immediately. Communication was great even after the service call when we had follow up questions. I wil always use All Klear for future issues in both my personal and rental properties.

After noticing increased water usage on my utilities bill, I knew I had a leak, but I didn't know where. I was able to determine the leak was not inside the house. It's about 400 ft from my meter to the house, but with a little deduction - and a lucky guess - I was able to narrow it down, most likely, to a 3 ft x 4 ft area. I called All Klear for an estimate, and they came on the same day. They said it would cost about $960 to bring in a back hoe and to find (and fix) the leak, subject to revision if the leak was not where I thought it was. I OKed the work, and they scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday - about a week. Meanwhile, I started digging. The day before the scheduled appointment I found the leak - a frost-free hydrant was not shutting off, and was leaking underground. When I called to tell them the back hoe was not needed, they were adaptable, and sent out a man on Thursday to verify I had correctly diagnosed the problem. He said he was afraid to replace the hydrant (due to the age and condition of my plumbing), but his boss could do it the following day. I did not press him for a new estimate, agreeing to pay for "time and materials". On Friday, they called to tell me they decided it would be better to wait until Monday, so if there were complications we would not be without water over the weekend. I got a call at work on Monday morning, telling me the job was done. He wanted to be paid, and wanted to know if I could meet him on my lunch hour to pay him. When I told him that was not convenient, he agreed to leaving a bill at my house, and said I could mail a check - which I did, the next day. When I got home, the installation looked professional, good workmanship, except for 2 minor details: the hydrant was soldiered in slightly out of plumb (not quite vertical), and the handle was now oriented 90 degrees different from the old one. I was able to improve the vertical alignment a little when I refilled the hole, but I'm stuck with the handle now being oriented "left-handed." It was not important enough to me ask them to come back and change it. The bill showed a total charge for what was done, but was not itemized by "time and materials." I felt the price was fair for the work which was done.

We have gone through several plumbers and H/C specialists in Christian and Greene County who were less than honest (to put it nicely). We are so grateful to have found All Klear Plumbing in Springfield. Whether it was a large heating/cooling job or small plumbing fix, Chris and his quality crew approached each task with an eye for detail. Jobs were also completed on a timely basis. After much research, I found his prices were the lowest in the area, if not comparable. Chris is a professional who stands behind his work. I appreciate his honesty and proven integrity, which is not always easy to find into today's society. I would recommend All Klear Plumbing without any hesitation.

Got a quote to fix a plumbing issue. The price seemed high. When I asked about certain parts that may fix the problem I received "No" answers. I researched the issue online and found alternative solutions and the parts that were needed. Another plumber installed the parts and the issue was resolved for a cheaper price.

The experience was excellent....All Klear called me 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment....arrived on time...and addressed the problem immediately. Their analysis of the problem seems to accurate as the adjustments they made have eliminated the problem.

He seemed real friendly. I would definitely recommend him to someone else. He also did so plumbing in a rental house for me. He is upfront and honest.
