It turned out perfectly & he cleaned everything up extremely well. I found out about this service from using this same company for my lawn fertilizing & irrigation maintenance. My husband & I are always pleased with the work, professionalism & friendliness of every worker. Their rates are very reasonable too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the entire staff at Advanced Lawn Care!!!!

For the second time during the 2014 contract the technician dragged the hose back to the truck in a way that it snagged one of my downspout drains, requiring me to make repairs for the second time during the 2014 growing season. Also, the effectiveness of the treatments during the 2014 season seemed to be less than the previous year. There were several places where broadleaf weeds were growing and a few crabgrass plants that seemed to be flourishing. It appeared to me that the technician was failing to treat up to the fence lines, driveway, and along the front adjacent to the curb. I cancelled my contract with Advanced Lawn Care before the last treatment could be administered. I felt like the value of the last treatment was probably less than the cost to replace the downspout should they snag it a third time.

THE JOB WHICH WAS ESTIMATED TO TAKE THREE WEEKS TOOK THREE MONTHS. WE WERE PROMISED A MASTER STONE WORKER AND GOT AN APPRENTICE WHO CLEARLY KNEW LITTLE ABOUT LAYING BRICK OR STONE. THE WORK WAS POORLY SUPERVISED, AND WE ENDED UP TRYING TO TELL THE APPRENTICE WHAT NEEEDED TO BE DONE ON AN ALMOST DAILY BASIS. (NOT THAT THEY WERE THERE DAILY!) THE PROJECT MANAGER DID NOT WRITE THINGS DOWN, AND WE HAD TO DO HIS HOMEWORK FOR HIM REGARDING HOW TO FIND REQUESTED MATERIALS. MISTAKES WERE MANY, AND WHEN TOLD SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE REDONE HE WAS RUDE. HE WAS DIFFICULT TO CONTACT, AND SEEMED TO BE INTERESTED ONLY IN THE LARGE JOBS THE COMPANY WAS DOING. WHEN THEY FINALLY FINISHED, THE BACK LAWN WAS COMPLETELY TORN UP. WE HAD TO CALL REPEATEDLY TO ASK WHEN THEY WOULD GRADE AND RE SEED THE LAWN PER OUR AGREEMENT. WHEN THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP THEY USED RYE GRASS INSTEAD OF THE FESCUE ALREADY IN THE LAWN AND DID NOT COVER WITH STRAW. THE NEW GRASS DIED AND WE HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO DO IT RIGHT..... I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH- UNLESS YOU HAVE A COMMERCIAL JOB STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

They are always on time, they come weekly, and they do a great job. I have about 4 acres so they really do a lot of work.

I have used them for 10 years. They are responsive and knowledgable about your lawn. I get many complements on my yard because of them. I think that their prices are reasonable as well.
