First call was in May for leaking air handler, they arrived and checked unit said coolant was low and charged air conditioner $230. Said problem fixed. Water leaked thru the ceiling again. Called told leaked again, asked for pan to be put under unit if uncertain if unit could not be fixed, said checked pan in unit and line both good, thought it was differential between area where unit was being hot and outside air to cool, put several "safe guards" so it would not leak again, $480, leaked again. They returned asked if we should get a new unit, they replied no, removed unit "fixed it" and put a pan to catch water if the unit leaks again and charge of $1800. Unit still leaked. Now I can say they certainly tried hard but after multiple visits still leaking more then ever (but being caught in pan under unit. Finally he returned (now end of September) and removed the pan inside the unit, said it was rusted, replaced it, additional $220 (but did not charge 5 hours of labor). Now the last move should have been the first. He "discounted" bill for a total paid of $2600. This started in May and ended in September, a bit ridiculous. Im not sure if the problem is fixed as cool weather and do not need to run unit. I talked to him but all he could say was he did what was asked. I asked not to have a unit leak repeatedly thru the ceiling costing hundreds of dollars to repair each time. If it had been up to me I would not have paid him, but my wife felt he had tried his best. Either way you look at it he's either a crook or a lousy HVAC guy.

It went very well! We use them for regular heating and AC Service, as they have an annual program to perform "Clean and checks" that also comes with a discount on service. In addition, they also have a "Peace of Mind" service plan where you pay a low monthly rate for them to take care of all of the heating, AC, and plumbing needs with no deductibles, and with repairs and unit replacement included. It's a pretty amazing and unique deal.
