We started out a little rough, but they made it right and then some. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire them again.

When I didn't hear anything before 4:45 on Saturday, I called the 800 number I had used to make the appointment and was told that they didn't show anything. I gave them my phone number without any luck. Then I gave them my zip code and they found the appointment. They showed a phone number totally unrelated to mine. They apologized and said that they could send someone early Monday. I told them that I would be working and, thus, unavailable. I asked if they picked up Sunday. He said that normally their franchises are closed on Sunday, but that he would call the dispatch manager in my city to see if he could work it out. He called back to confirm a truck would be dispatched to my apartment between 4:00 and 6:00 PM on Sunday. While waiting in my vacant apartment on Sunday, I got a call from a local person who said that the dump had closed at 12:00 Noon on Saturday and he didn't think he could pick up my junk like he thought previously. He said that someone had goofed up my number and that is why he didn't make it Saturday. He offered to come over in his car right away to estimate the cost and pick up my junkand quot;first thing Mondayand quot;. I told him again that that was impossible. I asked him how, if the dump was closed and didn't reopen until Monday morning, he could empty at least one truck and be at my house at the same time. He ignored the question. He then said he would send two partially full trucks over to make the pick up. He called back about thirty minutes later to say he couldn't find any trucks capable of making the run. Having waited for two days for them to keep their word frustration set in, I hung up. I then called the 800 number I had called originally and attempted to file a complaint.

I highly recommend this company to haul off anything you're needing removed. We made the appointment online and received a $10 discount for doing so. The company came the next day during the two-hour window provided. They called three times before coming to fine tune their arrival time. Both employees were courteous, friendly, and professional. The tile and OSB were removed very quickly, and the area where the material had been was swept out and spotless! We were very impressed with this company and the price!

They did a good job. It was a little higher than I wanted to pay. Once I added it all up to do it myself really the price was not that bad.
