My son and I had tried to unclog this thing ourselves. We were not even close to having the right equipment. I called about 11 a.m. on Saturday morning, Rick, the service tech who came out, was here before 2, and done by 3. It matters a great deal to be able to do your laundry, flush, etc. and not have it backing up into your garage! Taylor Plumbing was prompt, fair, and extremely professional. I would definitely use them again, and have them in my phone's call list!!! I recommend them, without hesitation.

I called them on 10/25 and made an appointment for 10/30/13. The plumber responded promptly at 1:00 pm, and I showed him the problem. He suggested capping the drain valve, but we were in the process of selling our house, and the buyer wanted a new drain valve. The plumber said that he would replace the broken plastic one with a new metal valve, and he went right to work. He drained the water heater tank and replaced the drain valve. This is the second time I have used their services, and I have found that they do very good work, at reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.

Great service for appointment. Both gentlemen were prompt, friendly, and helpful. They fixed the issue quickly and even checked another area of the house I was concerned about. I would highly recommend.

Very professional... showed up on time. Was very enthusiastic about the job. A lot of little various things to do... we're remodeling and need a toilet moved, a drain capped, gas line ran for dryer. Never heard from Taylor Plumbing after our visit. No phone call to say that they weren't interested or that it just wasn't going to work. No email or phone call response.

Did not get past the $70 service call.

They were great. They were very professional and were extremely knowledgeable.

It was a great experience from the first contact through the completion of the job. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. They called to let me know when he was on the way and he arrived right on time. In order to access the pipes to install one of the faucets, he had to make a hole in the drywall of our garage. When he was finished, he covered it with an air vent rather than just leaving the hole. What a great idea! I highly recommend Taylor Plumbing and will definitely call them in the future!

Nate was professional, and did a great job.

The wax ring was bad and he fixed it.

They enlarged the area to put the sink in. He used a saw and consequently I have gotten three splints my fermica. The two behind my sink are open, he did mend it. Now the one, I can fit my fingernail in it. I don't want him to have to come fix my sink every two months. He came out once to fix my stiff faucet but it hasn't worked. Not positive on the price, I was not the person who paid for the work.

They showed up on time and brought all of the equipment that they needed for the job. They have the inventory on their truck equipped with basic parts needed for most jobs. They are the only company who I would hire in this area.

They were excellent. They are very punctual. If you have an emergency, they rearrange their schedule and they get your emergency taken care of.

The individual who took my call, LuAnn, was pleasant and professional. I was not asking for immediate service, but she said that she would send someone out the afternoon that I called. When that team was delayed, she called and asked me if I would prefer a later time that day or if I wanted to reschedule. I said the later time would be fine and the servicemen arrived promptly. They diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it quickly. They left everything spotless and were extremely pleasant to work with. I received a follow up call from LuAnn the next day, making sure that everything was working to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I called and spoke with LuAnn and she was very friendly and helpful. I believed my pump had stopped working because it was making a grinding noise but I could not hear any water flowing thru it. We agreed on Friday the 15th in the afternoon. LuAnn called 30 minutes in advance to say Bryan was on his way. He was also very friendly and professional. After looking at the old pump and estimating it was probably the original installed by the builder in 2000, he recommended replacing it. He had a replacement in his truck and went right to work. He was considerate of my home and left the area probably cleaner than he found it! I would definitely use this ocmmpany again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you LuAnn and Bryan for great service and a great job.

Noticed water seeping from the overhead of unfinished area of the basement. Guessed that it was from the toilet in a guest powder room above as water only dripped when the toilet was flushed. Called Taylor and was told they would have someone here the next afternoon. The next day Brian and his helper arrived, quickly replaced the wax seal and cleaned up. During a discussion with Brian I became concerned with the age of another wax seal in a master bath where a leak would cause damage to a kitchen ceiling. Brian suggested that it should be replaced.I said go for it. When the toilet was pulled the seal was in very bad shape and I felt lucky that it had not started to leak. I also had Brian replace the flush valve as it too was in sad shape. Again the work was done quickly and the men cleaned up. I will use Taylor for any plumbing work i need done and would recommend Taylor to anyone needing a plumber

Their services were excellent! They arrived a little late but not too bad and when I asked for him to explain why we were have an issue with the toilet in the basement with moisture he explained that the seal ring had been broken because the toilet needed to be shimmed. The toilet is on tile and would move around too much causing the ring to break. They replaced the ring and shimmed the toilet so it wouldn't move anymore and everything has been fine since.

Taylor uses a different kind of of outdoor faucet than the ones we had on the house when it was built. Fixing the issues on the one that had been a problem since the house was built was simply to replace it with a new one. The technician explained what they would do and was careful to warn us that water through the garage would be prone to freezing. A shut off was bid so we could turn the faucet off and drain it in cold weather. We set up an appointment to do the work. They arrived promptly and finished all the work that day. We like the new faucets so much better than the prior ones. Everything is exactly was we expected.

I spoke with LuAnn to schedule appointment and had one in less than a week. She called prior to them arriving early. Checked a basement toilet but nothing would help it except replacing it. Replaced the kitchen faucet. Left the area in clean condition. In and out in less than an hour.

Over all the service performed got the job done. However, the plumber was late to begin with. I called the office 15 minutes after the scheduled time and was told the dispatch meeting just ended; he'd be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes past the scheduled time he arrived. This was the first job of the morning, so it's not like he had a previous job that ran over. Without asking, the plumber used my ladder for the job instead of using his own. When finished, there was solder and flux all over my new, clean ladder. He had packed up his tools, cleaned up the floor, and wrote up the paperwork. It was then I asked him to clean the ladder because it appeared he was going to leave without doing so. Like I said, he got the job done, but he was not as professional as other services I've used in the past.

I called and set up a date to come out. The customer service was amazing. They came out and got the work done. So far, so good. They were very personable and I would use them again in the future if I need any other plumbing services done in my home.

My wife said they were prompt and they were very professional. They said that when there is an issue make sure to call them and they'll come out right away no extra charge. We were very happy with them.

What a GREAT experience from the initial phone call (which was answered by LuAnn) to the completed project by Nate. We had noticed a drop in water pressure in the house and had the KCMO water department come out and check for leaks. They stated needed to PRV valve. Nate adjusted and it we now have it back to the old settings. On the kitchen sink, we had a new sink put in about six months ago and the Lowes plumber that installed the hardware stated he would have to disconnect the seperate line for the sink and garbage disposal because he could not repipe. After he did this we had the garbage disposal back up into the sink each tiem we used it. Nate looked at how he could solve the problem with new fittings and within thirty minutes he had both lines hooked back up. We no longer have overflow. From start to finish this is company that actually cares about the customer. GREAT job!!!
