It went well. Nate from Taylor replaced all the rubber gaskets, and that stopped the leaking. We were afraid we would need a new toilet, but this seems to have done the trick. He was here nearly an hour. Very personable plumber, and he tolerated my yippy dog.

My house was built in 1964 and has had several plumbing elements added over the years that resulted in barely luke warm shower water, sink water in different rooms either never get cold or hot. A plethora of issues throughout a 6000 sq ft house. After others not being able to solve the issues I called Taylor Plumbing and am so grateful I did! Nate Taylor is more consumed with figuring out your problem and fixing it the RIGHT way than anyone I've ever dealt with. He is smart, conscientious, and a phenominal plumber. My hot and cold water now work perfectly throughout my home and I never thought I'd be able to say that. Thanks Nate!! And a shout out to Brian for fixing my shower on the first visit! Nate Taylor will be my plumber for as long as he's plumbing. Awesome work and thank you!!!

They called before arriving and were right on time. They examined the valve and went ahead and replaced it. They also noticed that one of my basement drains was slow so they cleared that out and tightened the outside faucets which made them work much better. Everything went very well and was done in a timely manner. They are very easy to work with and explained everything they were doing and made sure I was okay with it all before proceeding.They also gave me some advice on how to maintain the drain and faucets better, which I appreciated. Thank you!

Our basement was flooding during the rainstorm yesterday and they were out to our house in 15 minutes and fixed the sump pump! They were very nice and prompt!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the company, from setting up the appointment to completion of the work. The office called to tell us that two guys would be here within a half hour. They were on time, polite and thoughtful and well prepared for whatever we needed. We had several things we wanted them to check. They could have told us we needed a lot of work d one, but they didnt take advantage of us. Instead, they were honest and only did what was necessary. They did the work quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use them for any additional plumbing work.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a plumbing company. The person who answered the phone was very polite and professional. I had an appointment for two days later. The plumber came on time and with a phone call in advance. He was completely professional and listened to what the problem was. Thirty minutes later the repair was done and was less expensive than I had anticipated. I would definitely use this company again. Its nice to have someone come out that is courteous and polite and leaves you with no cause for concern.

Nate did a great job fixing our leak and was very courteous. The work area was cleaned up nicely and the job was done right and in a timely manner. I appreciate him traveling to get here, since our house is on the outskirts of the service area. The company also did a great job calling to let me know when they would arrive.

Nate was on time. He was professionally dressed, very friendly, and willing to explain his work. He tested the problem and his repairs thoroughly, and he was careful to clean up after himself. I was especially appreciative of the excellent communication from the office regarding the timing of the appointment and for the follow-up call to be sure that all went well.

From calling Luanne for service, to completion of the work, everything was efficient. The plumber arrived on time and brought along an apprentice. Both were professional and quick. All work that was done was great and there was no mess left behind. I was expecting the worst since this was the first time (but won't be the last) that I called Taylor for work. But I was pleasantly surprised because the cost of service was absolutely reasonable! Luanne even called back the next day to ensure we were happy with the work. I love having someone I know I can trust when I have problems I don't have the knowhow or time to take care of myself, and Taylor Plumbing was just added to my list!

When a pipe burst this morning, my husband turned off the water and called a friend for a recommendation while I checked Angie's List. Both recommended Taylor Plumbing. They were backlogged with several similar calls due to the cold weather, and said they would do their best to get to us some time today. They called a short while later and said they could come in the afternoon. I appreciate their honesty in estimating the time of arrival! Their dispatcher called again when they were about 15 minutes away. They came at 2:30 and finished in an hour or so. They were very professional and efficient. (They put on booties to protect our carpet, even though that was the least of our worries!) They left the broken pipe for our insurance inspector to see, explained what happened, and installed and pipe and faucet which is much better designed NOT to freeze. They also recommended a contractor for repairing the wallboard that was damaged by the water. (Taylor plumbing themselves were able to make the repair with a fairly small opening in the drywall.) They are also a local, Smithville company, which we like to support when we can. We will definitely call them again if we have a plumbing problem!

Two man crew arrived on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. Price seemed reasonable considering the time spent.

Made a appointment with ease and received a call when Plumbers were on their way. Professional and friendly solving the problems.

Third time I used Taylor and they are amazing! First two times they consulted and fixed my spa tub. Very responsive, decisive and get down to it. Today I called and the truck was in my area and was sent over in 20 minutes which was lucky I admit. I have used 3 different plumbing companies over the last 5 years on major problems (burst pipes, new faucet installs) and none of them come close to Taylor. Can't say enough good things about them. Brian is very good.

.We have use Taylor before, and they have always been outstanding. We are even on their Christmas card list, and keep it handy for when we need a plumber. They have always been extremely prompt, very reasonable, wonderfully polite and I wouldn't call anyone else first for any plumbing problems.

While telling the very nice lady who answers the phone about my plumbing needs, she put me on hold for a second to answer a call from her technicians. When she got back on the line, she said the technicians were in between jobs and could be at my house in 30 minutes. I left work to meet them and arrived back at work in an hour and a half. Talk about service! The very nice lady also called the next day following up to see if everything was working properly. I recently moved to the Northland and will use Taylor Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. I have to say, that was the best service I've ever received!

Taylor went above and beyond what is reasonably expected to schedule and reschedule appointments. Their service charges were more than fair. I will use Taylor again when needed and I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service from Taylor Plumbing from first contact with LuAnn to the finished project the team was awesome. We just moved to KC and had no prior experience with service providers in the area. We consulted Angie's List and chose Taylor, for our plumbing needs. They exceeded our expectations and we had a new hot water heater installed within 24 hours. Nate was very efficient and respectful, plus he cleaned up everything before he left. We have since used Taylor plumbing to update our bathroom faucets. They will be our plumbers in Kansas City.

Called prior to visit, came on time, placed booties over shoes on arrival. Removed toilet and old wax ring, installed new rings, vaccumed around toilet, checked for leaks, adjusted float and left. Very satisfied with the service. Would recommend future use.

Great company. Ran a little bit late but upon calling they explained why and ensured they'd be there shortly. They arrived shortly thereafter. Nate Taylor performed the servicing and he was very polite and professional. He even put 'booties' over his shoes so as not to track the 'streets' into our house (I believe all service professionals should do this). Previous plumber had changed out roman tub fixtures to chrome and subsequently converted to flexible water pipes and cut the copper lines. The new Delta faucets I purchases had to be connected via copper (the way to go anyway). Nate got straight to work and in the end the work he did was probably 50% more than the previous installer and yet his price was exactly what I paid previously. Would definitely recommend Taylor plumbing to anyone looking for a reputable, professional and reasonable price plumbing service.

I called three plumbing companies and Taylor Plumbing could arrive quickest to investigate the leak. After I hadn't heard back on the estimate for a few days, I initiated a call and they provided an estimate on the phone. We did not investigate competitive pricing since we were anxious to get the water leak fixed before further problems occurred and didn't want to start the process over with another provider. A date was scheduled and they showed up as promised with confirmation calls in advance. The job was completed in 1-2 hours, much faster than they anticipated for this type of job. The two men were professional and knew what they were doing. Taylor Plumbing initiated a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with the job, which we were.

From the first phone call until Nate was finished, his company is the Best !!! They came when they said they would, they called when they were on the way. Nate was a great listener, took his time understanding what we were saying, patient in finding out what was wrong and thorough with fixing the problem. He then made sure we were happy with the results and perfectly cleaned up !!! Cant get any better than that. I used them the first time last May 2014 and then this time to unfix the mess that another plumber had made. Nate's card s now in 3 different places in our home so we wont ever use anyone else !!!!
