Taylor Plumbing (Don) came out two times to give us two different estimates. One estimate for full house on-demand gas hot water. This estimate was equal to what we had received from another plumber. After talking this over, we had Don out for a second estimate, for a larger hot water heater. Decided on an 80 gal. electric. Prior to plumber arriving, Taylor Plumbing office called to make sure we still wanted installation that day as plumber had told them we have white carpeting going down to the basement. I said it should be fine. Installation went smoothly. Don listened and was careful about our brick entry patio (heavy hot water heater) - placing cardboard on brick to keep from any cracks. Don always put the paper "booties" on while inside the house. He placed several "booties" on the dolly wheels, once in the house, so no problems on the white carpet. Installation went smoothly, all debris and waste was removed. Don even wiped up the remaining water around the drain from when he drained the old hot water heater. Lu Ann at the Taylor Plumbing office called the next morning to confirm we have hot water. Also told me they registered our new A.O. Smith hot water heater. No problems!

All went well. Showed up when promised, replaced two water heaters in a couple of hours, charged what was quoted over the phone (750 apiece). Also replaced a shut off valve at no added charge. One of the old heaters was full of sediment and the two guys had a bit of a struggle getting it up the steps and out of the house. I suspect I could have gotten it done for a few bucks less but didn't feel like shopping around and feel the charge was within a reasonable ballpark.

I showed him the problem, he explained what needed to be done, gave me a rough estimate of the cost and was done within an hour. Friendly and efficient.

They were really good. You can trust them, I have used them for several years and they do not recommend for than I need and they do exactly what they say they are going to do.

We toured Taylor Plumbing's show room and decided on two faucets for our baths. Taylor Plumbing ordered the faucets from the manufacture, which took about five days to arrive to them. Their employee showed up on time and completed the job in three hours. He cleaned up after installing each faucet.

Checked out a leak in the wall. Turned out to be fine, but spend lots of time investigating, and even looked at a couple of other plumbing issues I was having and quoted me on faucet/toilet replacement. Gave me practical advise along the way. Great company!

Nate came out quicker than I expected and tested and retested all the work he did. I will call them for my future plumbing neededs.

I called a left a message for service. My call was returned very quickly and scheduled a service call for the next day. Nate arrived promptly. He was very polite and wore shoe covers whenever he entered my home. We discussed further work and he said they would get back with me in researching the best fixtures for what I needed. The company called me the next day with the information I needed. Their service was excellent!

I was very pleased with their promptness in calling me back and coming to give the bid. I haven't yet decided if I'd hire them but I was pleased with their response and professionalism.

This company is great. Were willing to bend their schedule to perform septic system work to enable us to purchase our home. Coordinated work with excavators. Nice people; were very tolerant of the stress involved for buyers and sellers of homes. Quality of work is first rate. We've continued to use them for interior plumbing issues and will look to them to help remodel a bathroom. From secretaries to plumbers to owners a really first rate bunch.
