Fantastic! This company was very fast in responding to our service request. Nate was thorough in checking to make sure our leak was completely taken care of. When he discovered a loose toilet handle while he was testing his repair, he promptly and cheerfully fixed it without being asked. We're very pleased and will call him first when next we need a plumber.

Nate arrived on time and after a quick tour of the water line site, storage area, and outside area that was was affected he got to work trying to trace the leak. As it turned out, the leak was not where we had thought it was, but was actually a crack in our sprinkler system that was at fault. After explaining and showing me exactly where the problem was, Nate asked if we had a lawn service who might have the replacement part on the truck but he offered to find the part and fix it himself if we wanted him to. Because of his "investigative" work, the sprinkler system guy was able to come out and replace the broken parts much more quickly and efficiently. I realize that Taylor Plumbing wasn't able to "fix" our problem per se, however they were certainly the key to getting it fixed. They were a joy to work with and they will definitely be the ones I call if I have future problems.

We just bought a new house and the laundry taps were leaking. After reading reviews on Angie's List I chose Thomas Plumbing. I called in at 8 am and Luann set me right up. Later, I was having some other trouble and called to ask about time constraints for the technicians, again Luann helped out right away. All my contacts with Luann were great, she was professional but not condescending, she was upbeat not stale or burned out and helpful not apathetic. My technician called before arriving on time. He was dressed professionally. He even put on those little socks over his shoes. Nate, my technician, was like Luann in that he, too, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and upbeat. I figured since I let Luann know what I needed before hand, she passed that along to Nate and he had a game plan before he got to my door. Everything went smoothly, efficiently, quickly and without a hitch. I would gladly use their services again and tell my friends about them. Thanks to Luann, Nate and Taylor Plumbing. I had drains backing up in my basement. I called another company that finally came, fixed part of the problem and told me that I would need to have the floor dug up and they did not do that. They left a mess. I called Taylor plumbing and wish I had called them to begin with. LuAnn in the office is wonderful. I described the situation and she set up an appointment. I was called into work before the scheduled appointment time and was late getting home. Nate waited for me. He was very professional. He looked the situation over and was able to correct it in less than an hour. He cleaned out the floor drain and mow water is draining without any problem, and he did not have to dig up the floor. I will not hesitate to call on Taylor plumbing in the future .

My awesome experience with Taylor Plumbing began with a wonderful warm ?Human? voice greeting me on the telephone when I first called. She asked me some great questions as to better help her service team address my issues when they arrived at my house. One of the things that surprised me was a phone call in advice of them arriving at my house. They were on time, clean fast and did the job in my opinion correct. Great Job! Thanks - Brian

Wow, this company is terrific! Brian and Mike showed up on time and did all the work as promised. The estimate was spot on. I thought the price was very reasonable for all the work that they did. Luanne is great also. She followed up to see that I was happy with the work and also helped me find a carpentry contractor for another project. I won't use anyone else from now on.

Overall it was a very good experience. I was pleased.

Let me start by saying that I normally do my own plumbing work, however I had replaced the main house shut-off valve and wound up with a minor leak that I couldn't get stopped. Finally, I called Taylor Plumbing and they were able to send a tech out the same day. He told me that he'd seen a lot of leak problems with the style/type valve I had used (which was the same as the one I had replaced) and said that the best fix was to replace the whole valve which he did. Plumbers are expensive...that's just the way it is. On the one hand, $158.18 ($168.18 before the Angie's List coupon) seemed expensive for the valve and approximately 1 hours worth of work. On the other hand, I don't think you'd get the work done any cheaper anywhere else unless you do it yourself. I was very satisfied with the promptness and quality of the work performed. If I ever get in a bind again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Taylor Plumbing.

My appointment was set for the day after I called. The plumber arrived on time and fixed the problem of the pilot light on our gas fireplace going out. We were very pleased with the service and friendly personalities of the people we made contact with at Taylor Plumbing Services.

I called in the morning. They called to say the plumber was on his way. The plumber cleaned the junk out of the pipes.

Nate worked to replace the drains, and reconnect the pipes, quickly. Since the leak was between the floor above the lower-level ceiling, he did have to cut through the ceiling, but the size of the cutouts was MUCH smaller than I expected. I expected to pay about the amount I did, but I did not expect that both drains would be replaced for that price (one had leaked off and on for quite a while). Nate did not use brute force, like I would have done, but instead he went up and down the stairs a dozen times to gradually adjust and support the pipes to make the drain connections.

From the first contact with the person who answered the phone to the end of the more than two hour visit, the experience was positive and well worth the money. The plumber also cleaned the area well when finished, and promised to return immediately if the problem was not fixed. We also received a follow-up call to ask whether the repair was sufficient. This is a great group!

From my first telephone contact with LuAnn (Taylor Plumbing's office person/appointment scheduler) to make an appointment to the final followup call I received the day after plumbing services were provided (to be sure that everything was working well), Taylor Plumbing can be characterized as highly professional and very, very competent. LuAnn took my initial call, and was impressively thorough in the information she took from me over the phone, including the specific type of hot & cold spigots/faucets on my washing machine and a detailed description of the toliet-flushing problem I was experiencing. She also told me that she would call me on the morning of my appointment to let me know that a plumber was on the way (which she did...right on time, as promised). When Brian, the plumber, arrived at my home (also right on time, I would add), he had exactly the parts that he needed for my plumbing problem. (ASIDE: About two years ago, I had plumbing service done by a different highly-rated Angie's List plumber who ended up needing to drive to the Home Depot to get a part--while the "meter" was running...] Brian was cordial, efficient, explained everything to me, and correctly diagnosed the problem with my toilet--mineral deposits had built up over nearly 30 yrs. that blocked water intake. He scraped out the mineral deposits and had the toilet working perfectly again, saving me about $400 which a new toilet would have cost. Brian also fixed the leaky washer spigots, replacing the 30-year old wheel-type faucet units with a quarter-turn valve for the hot and cold intake lines. No more leaks! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Taylor Plumbing and would not hesitate a moment to use them again. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Everything went well. They did a good job and showed up on time and I would use them again. I was given a few different options in regards to a new faucet and he didn't have to leave to get any supplies.

Talyor Plumbing was very courteous and prompt. We received a phone call each time about 30 minutes prior to them arriving. The person that showed up was very professional and claned-up after complete. Some might think the pricing was al litte high, but this is to be expected with a licensed, bonded and insured service provider. I would caution everyone who contemplates using a service provider to make sure that the company has the appropriate licenses, bonding and insurances as this protects you in case of anything goes wrong with the installation. Going just with the cheapest cost might cost you more in the end. Therefore, the pricing was in-line with what I would expect from a fully qualified service provider.

I called for a service call and they were able to make an appointment the next business day. Doug was prompt and courteous. He check the pressure at different points and agreed that the PRV was not necessary. He removed it, soldered the pipes and cleaned up after. He was in and out within 30 minutes and did a great job.

This company is wonderful! We have had a lot of bad plumbers but these plumbers know what they are doing. We had a leak going under the tile and carpet. The plumber checked out all the areas water could be coming from and determined the leak was due to the tile being replaced with out the toilet being raised. He was able to find and fix it in less than an hour while answering our nonstop questions. This company is well qualified and very professional. They cost a little more than some of the other plumbing companies but it is because they actually do the job and do it well.

My tub/shower was leaking when taking shower. I called Taylor Plumbing Services because of the coupon on angieslist. I spoke with LeAnn regarding my problem and she was able to schedule me in same day 5 hours later. The technician Brian came out to the house and diagnosed the problem. He found that the rubber seal around the tub overflow plate was no longer in place. He put the seal back in place and caulked around the seal and plate. Total work time 45 minutes. LeAnn was very professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. I graded the price a C because for 45 minutes of work which contained diagnostic and some caulking seems expensive. I don't agree with their pricing structure but the company's representative (LeAnn & Brian) seemed very professional.

The work was good but I did think they were a pricey though. They were very responsive to my call but they didn’t have the necessary parts to do the job right away. I would not use this company again.

Everything turned out awesome with this company. They were on time to the appointment. The final price was exactly what they quoted us. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I we were very impressed with this company and will use them again.

I was impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness. I heard from within 24 hours of sending them an email through their website. As matter of fact, they were willing to come out that day, but unfortunately I wasn't home to receive the call. We made an appt for the next day and due to unforeseen circumstances the person was late getting to my house, however, I was in close contact with the company to know they were running a little behind (B rating). I gave them a C on price and that's only because the problem I had was a very small fix that I could have done myself after watching the person do it so I thought that was a tad pricey, but overall I was very happy with them and would definitely use them again and even recommend them to family and friends!
