Description of Work: Work consisted of replacement, repair of shower valve, faucet, main water valve. The Taylor team was punctual, professional and priced reasonably. They performed the work in a very timely manner and even spoke with my insurance company in detail for my reimbursement (not their pay). Everything went smooth and I would highly recomend this company to anyone in the Kansas City area.

Description of Work: The plumber came the day after we called. Arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, was friendly and professional. We had 3 faucets replaced and shut off valves installed. The company called a day or two later to make sure everything was great. We were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: We had a leak under the kitchen sink on Christmas day which was not obvious - just water coming out from under the cabinet. We found Taylor Plumbing on Angie's List and called them on Monday, 12/26/11 which was a legal holiday. We hoped they would call us back first thing on Tuesday, when they got into the office. Instead, we received a call back on Monday, the holiday, telling us they were sorry they were closed but they assured us the would be out the following day. They were at the house by 10:45 and diagnosed the problem as a joint in a pipe in the wall which had come apart. They were in and out in about 90 minutes and left no mess. We were very impressed with their promptness & professionalism and will use them again.

Description of Work: The flange on the toilet in the basement was crooked so the toilet tended to tilt. The pipe in the floor was also crooked. The challenge was to remove the flange which was screwed into concrete, cut off the crooked pipe and repair it without reducing the size of the hole. This involved cutting down into the pipe and fighting the surrounding concrete and then screwing into concrete to repair everything. The other was routine like repairing faucet, switching hot and cold lines and hooking up water line to ice maker. Truly a master plumber. Already spoken to regarding sink, disposal, etc., work.
