It's rare that I take the time to write reviews unless the service I received was extremely poor. That said, I've used R&S Lawn Service for the past 5 years to manage my sprinkler system. I initially contacted them when my controller panel went bad. They installed a state of the art control panel, which allows the team to access my system remotely to diagnose or monitor any issues. I've used them to fix leaks, find leaks, raise sprinkler heads, change out valves, and winterize my system. They are professional, friendly, experienced, and able to quickly diagnose and repair any problem. I give them my highest recommendation.

We have been with them for 16 years and they have always been prompt when we need them. I would highly recommend them for your lawn needs. Rick is wonderful with your concerns.

We can't be more pleased with R S Lawn Service. They installed our sprinkler system last year and this year they are taking care of the mowing, and weed eating. Our lawn is a beautiful deep green, mowed weekly. It is mowed at about 4 inches so it doesn't dry out. The personal care we get when we call ad the prompt response to our questions are so appreciated. Both of us are in our 70's and have serious health issues. It is such a relief to not have to worry about our lawn care. We highly recommend R S Lawn Service.

They did a great job and it looks beautiful. I can't say enough about their craftsmanship and quality. They were easy to work with, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They even came back and reseeded the lawn and the yard looks better than it did before. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Originally sent an inquiry to R&S through Home Advisor on 2/11 and followed up 3 times via phone. I talked to a rep twice and left a voicemail once. Over two weeks later and I still haven't received a call back. I have received 4 other quotes and had a week to discuss and understand each one before making my decision. All of this was done before I could even get a call back from someone with R&S. Very unprofessional.

The project proceeded smoothly. The installation crew showed up as scheduled and completed the project in a timely fashion.

It went very well. I'm pleased with the work and will call them again.

I have used this provider for several years now and the results have been very good. One time I did have a problem but it was corrected right away. I will continue to use this provider.

Always prompt and excellent work.

Well seemed all went well. Did the work last fall, but they did cut the supply line for one of our existing zones. Fired it up this spring and one head of that zone was not reconnected to the new line they installed. Called R&S, but they have never gotten back to me. Moral of the story, don't let them leave until you verify everything is still working. Kind of surprised Rick didn't at least returned a call, didn't seem like that kind of guy.

Perfect! Two men came and completed the task in a little over an hour.

I have a really good luck with them. They were responsive, friendly and easy to work with.

They were fine. We switched at this year, not for any service issue, but they just turned on sprinklers way too late. So, we went to a different sprinkler company. The work was fine, but don't plan on having your sprinkler turned on before May. We wouldn't use them again only because we like our sprinklers turned on earlier. We didn't have any issues with their work.

I used their 6 or 7 step program and our lawn looked beautiful. I moved and no longer use their service as I can now do it myself.

They have been excellent. Their pricing is in the middle of the road. They have been really good. They do a good job and they are very professional. They are very quick with their responsiveness.

Staff on time, courteous, worked very very hard. Cleaned up afterwards. Awesome job, very happy, will use in the future.

Technician showed up on-time and quickly blew the water out of all the sprinkler lines. No hassles. We received a bill in the mail about a week later.

The were on time, and they gave a fairly detailed estimate.

The experience was okay. I haven't bought the irrigation system yet. The guy was honest, but I got sick, and so I didn't do business with anybody. He had 3 different prices. I had heard about him, and then I saw him on Angie's List, and so I called him. He was very nice and honest. He was courteous, and prompt, he came out and did his survey and sat down to talk to me about it. He didn't do anything wrong.

They were well priced and they did great work. They were competitively priced. They came out right on time and had all the proper equipment. It took them about a day with minimal issues to the lawn. They did a good job with explaining to me how to run the system and were good all the way around. 3 installers came out and 1 person came out for the bid. I also now call them to drain the system and they always come out quickly to do that for me. They have also done work in the fall verdicut and seeding. They did a fantastic job at that.

We have been using R&S for years. They have done a great job taking care of our lawn. They take care of all the fertilzing, week treatments, etc. Over the years we have also had them repair our spirnkler system and other various lawn services. They have always been very friendly and helpful with questions or concerns about our lawn. We would highly recommend them.

Quickly and accurately identified the problem and resolved it.

The job went very well. Installers knew what they were doing. Rick explained the whole system and what he was going to do. After system was installed he returned and went through the whole installed system and showed me what I had to do. Very professional.

They completed the job on time and it works great!
