I first called to briefly describe what I needed, left a message. After a week I called again and left a detailed message on what I wanted (left this message on the weekend). On Monday afternoon I called and someone answered, and said that she had just talked to me earlier that morning (she must have thought this due to listening to my message?). Said she'd have someone get back with us. That was early December, 2007. Today, February 2, 2008, I found a call on my caller ID. It was this company! They didn't leave a message.

Great company. Nice selection of quality flooring (wood, tiles, carpet, etc) products to purchase. Pleasant display room. Excellent help in product selection. Quality installation work. Professional & prompt employees. Good follow-up for minor issues.
