All the work was done exactly as wanted and things were cleaned up afterward. We had an issue with one of the kitchen lights and it was promptly fixed the following week. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric for fast and quality service.

It went so well. First of all, I called them mid afternoon on 5-14-15 and explained how power was suddenly off in some parts of my father in law's home, including the refrigerator. The woman I spoke with on the phone who does the scheduling for Mr. Electric of Clay County assured me they would do their best to make a service call that day, even if it were after usual working hours. The technician did exactly that and determined the problem was outside the home- so KCP&L was called. KCP&L then came out and fixed the problem. Mr. Electric charged nothing for their visit- I'm amazed especially since their visit to determine the root of the electrical problem was later usual work hours.

I needed to get the electric disconnected to a hot tub on my deck since I was having it removed the following week. I also had an outdoor globe light out. I called on a Thursday morning and they scheduled the service call for the same day. The electrician was Mark who came out, looked at what I needed and gave me a reasonable estimate from which I could deduct my Angie's List 10% discount. He didn't have the socket for my globe light on the truck and drove to Lowe's to get it. Even then, the work was completed in less than two hours. He was professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Mark was very professional and an overall nice guy. He made sure that I was happy with the final product after he tweaked the length of each fixture to my instructions. Lastly, Mark cleaned up some debris that had gotten onto my kitchen ceiling. Quite pleased with the overall experience. Would utilize their services again and would also be quick to recommend them as well.

The service person was friendly and worked with me to receive the most work for the time allotted. He hustled as he worked but was not rushed. Really appreciate his work ethic and his kind, professional manner.

The electrician was right on time, and in no time at all the new light fixture was installed. We also asked him to check a light switch that seemed to be upside down, and he was able to quickly correct that problem for us. All in all, we were very satisfied, and would not hesitate to call on Mr. Electric for an future needs.

Service here was totally top notch, we discussed what was needed, they gave me an estimate, then came out and did exactly that. They had no problem dealing with my car's charging equipment and it works perfectly. They also really minimized the cutouts they had to do in my finished basement(only one had to be made). I would totally recommend them to anyone.

This company has received some good reviews, but I feel I must pass on my experience. I called and requested a quote for running some electric lines in the basement to prepare for a remodel. The rep came out on time and looked at what I wanted. He said he would send me a quote the next day via email. After two weeks I called the company and asked for status of the quote. I was told that they would send it to me later that day via email or someone would call me. After 10 days I called again and got voice mail. I left a message and asked for status. It is now a week later and I have heard nothing.

Excellent service. There was a small problem routing wire due to cabinets and studs, but they got it resolved.

He was awesome. He installed 4 ceiling lights for me. They were recesses lights in my living room. He was so nice and amazing. He did run into some trouble, it took him about 3 hours, but the extra cost was reasonable. It was an extra $60.00 for another hour for an electrical.
