Mr. Electric responded and made an appointment quickly. When he arrived he determined adding new outlets was not a possibility without tearing out the drywall. I asked if he could install a new deck light and he did that in less than five minutes. His total time was less than thirty minutes. I handed him the Angie's list coupon that was for 2 hours of electrical work for $119 and asked if there would be at least a partial refund. He said he would check with someone but thought that would happen. I called later and left a message inquiring about a refund. The full amount has been paid by my credit card. I have not heard anymore from Mr. Electric. I have no complaint about his work ethics or professional but am thinking seriously about not buying these special coupons from Angie again.

He arrived on time and did the work and explained what needed to be done and completed it on time. Very Professional.

Zack and his assistant did a fantastic job. They completed the one task I had and then offered to help change out exterior lights as well.

Mark was professional and knowledgeable.We liked the fact the price was predetermined based on the job, not by the hour, so there were no surprises. We will definitely use Mr. Electric again.

I had to call the Mr. Electric office a few times to get a call back and schedule the work. The Company sent Mark Plunkett and he was great! We had to go to a couple of nearby hardware stores to obtain the fixtures and parts, and Mark helped me with the selection. The garage dual light fixture was old and needed its inner sockets replaced. Mark did that and installed new flood bulbs and it works fine now. The low voltage lights also needed replacement and to be wired to the transformer. A problem occurred with the lights not coming on at dusk . Called Mr. Electric back. They did not return my call, but I contacted Mark directly and he came out within a week and resolved the problem. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I recommend him.

Mr. Electric of Clay County was offering a great deal on ceiling fan installation. When I called to make the appointment, they were so polite and helpful, and they were able to schedule my ceiling fan installation right away. The electrician was late to the appointment due to miscommunication, but he more than made up for the delay. The electrical box needed to be replaced , and the wires were a complete mess. He took care of it all without charging me the extra fee. I highly recommend this company.

Went great--No problems, prompt, etc.

I was very pleased with the wall mounting of the TV. It looks really good. The second service of relocating a light switch in the bathroom did not go how I wanted it. Instead of relocating the light switch like I had originally wanted, I got an additional light switch and charged for extra parts. If I had wanted an additional light switch I would have had the parts there for them as it was discussed previously that the Angie's List deal was only for labor and not parts and that any parts needed for the jobs needed to be there. The placement of the additional switch is not where I wanted the switch to be either. Disappointed with this service. It is partly my husband's fault because he was not assertive enough with the electrician after the electrician said he wanted to do it the way he did it. My husband should have No, I want it done the original way I just told you. So because of that, I would still use the company again. I would just make sure that I get what I wanted the first time because now in order to get what I wanted I would have 2 holes in my drywall to repair instead of just one and an extra light switch and plate that I don't need that I paid extra for.

Mark showed up on time. He did call prior to showing up to make sure all was OK to show, but I missed the call. so he showed up anyway as scheduled. Impressed me. He came to the door and introduced himself and began working on the fans. He dismantled the old fan and put it in the new fan box. He kept the whole area where he was working clean at all times. Very professional and very organized. After replacing the old fan with the new, I asked him what he would charge to replace a light fixture in the basement. He looked at it and quoted me $120.00. He also said that he could do it right away. I actually thought it would require another appt. but I agreed to his price and he replaced the light fixture. He also got rid of unnecessary wiring. I was extremely impressed. This company is fantastic in their work ethic and professionalism. I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone. They areexcellent around house pets and are fair in their pricing.

Absolutely wonderful quality work! Customer service is on point. Zach did an excellent job for us, highly recommend this company. Will only use them for an additional electric work in our home!

Purchased the 2 hours of labor deal .. Was advised when I called to schedule that additional charges would apply for any supplies (which was fine). Technician Zack arrived within the time frame promised and did an excellent job of installing two additional outside electric outlets. The material costs were about $80. I'm very pleased and if in any electrical needs in the future come up -- they will be my first choice to call!

I had some trouble getting this scheduled. I left multiple messages with the office, explaining what I needed. It was over a week before they returned my calls. Once we get the call scheduled, everything went beautifully. I recommend them even with the initial unresponsiveness - I think it was a glitch.

Our stove went out last week, and the appliance repair company said that it was the breaker. He reset that, and left. It went out again 3 days ago, and we've been eating out since. I had phoned and left 2 messages, borh unreturned, and phoned back again today. They were too busy to answer the phone messages, because of a marketing campaign with Angies list. Whe said the earliest they could work me in would be next Thursday, September 10, 2015.

Zack arrived on time. He was prompt, professional, and did a very good job. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Electric to anyone for any electrical need. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Should I need his services again I would certainly call Zack.

The individual representing Mr Electric was very friendly and answered all of our questions during his visit. He was quick with his work but made sure we were getting what we wanted accomplished properly. We will definitely reach out to Mr Electric if we have any future needs!

I reached out to contact the provider on three separate occasions, once the week of 8/10, and twice the week of 8/17. First time I received a voicemail and left a message for callback and received none. Second time I reached a person who took my information and we scheduled someone to arrive the afternoon of 8/17. I called a final time on 8/17 when no one showed and received voicemail again. I will not be reaching out to this company again.

Great, the person was punctual, explained what he needed to do, and finished the job very nicely. The price was a little more than the special they had offered but it was because he had to rewire the fixture for a fan, which he discussed with me prior to starting the job.

My schedule was crazy so it took us a few days to find a time that fit both of our schedules. I was very pleased with the gentlemen who installed the fans. He was friendly, professional, on time, and informative. I was very comfortable with his presence and the service he provided. He made sure everything worked before he left.

GREAT!!!!! SERIOUSLY GREAT!!!! THE HOUSE WAS VACANT AND THEY COME IN WITHOUT ME HAVING TO BE THERE AND DID SOME MINOR REPAIRS THE BUYER WANTED FIXED AND IT WENT GREAT!!! THE TECH FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS FROM THE INSPECTOR AND IT WENT GREAT!!!!

After figuring out he was sent to the wrong address, all was good. Mark had done work for me before in another home (yup, the address he was sent to initially), so I was glad to see him show up. He got right to work, knew what he was doing, and did it on time, all the while keeping up a conversation. He did great work. Will use him again in the future.
