Description of Work: new service was planned & I agreed to price. The installation was completed but the local electrical provider did not like some aspects of the install. This company came back out to make the updates as required at no charge to me. Still waiting for the electrical provider to "hook up" to the transformer.

Description of Work: We had three dead outlets and a double wall switch that did not work. The electrician fixed it all and replaced the old outlets in the kitchen area with new ones that meet current electrical code. The electrician arrived on time, was very polite and professional. Explained what was wrong, what he was doing and why. We plan to use this vendor in the future for other electrical work.

Description of Work: replaced an outdoor outlet in back of the house, rewired the light fixture on the back porch so that it could be turned on and off using the switch, replace the light fixture above the garage, replace the outdoor outlet in the front of the house. Mark the electrician was excellent and very helpful. I will have him back to fix a few other electrical fixtures.

Description of Work: I needed to have an RFI plug replaced. It had blown and caused three outlets not to work. Zach was very personable. He had an electrical trainee with him and oversaw all of his work. My only issue is that I when I made the appointment I was told it would be some time in the afternoon and the electrician would contact me. By the afternoon of the appointment I called and had to leave a message which was not returned until ten minutes before Zach arrived. However, he did apologize for the miscommunication.

Advised/estimated cost for wiring a detached garage that has no electric service. Answered questions about other aspects of house wiring. He arrived promptly, provided quite a bit of consultation, and efficiently completed the projects we needed done on this visit. His invoice clearly reflected the work done, the estimates, and the deduction for the prepaid Angie's Deal.
