It was fine. I didn't have any issues. The service was good. The guy seemed to know what he was doing.

It was a great experience. They sent one electrician who installed some lighting.

All went well. He did such a great job problem shooting the electrical problem I called him on I wanted him to finish another job. He did a great job and will work with him again....

He did everythiing perfect. Was super friendly and efficient. My husband loved the guy and said we will only use him going forward.

I was at work so the electrician was dealing was dealing with my wife. There was no troubleshooting because we told him the issue. We did not have the part to fix the fan so Mark Plunkett offered my wife two options. Take the fan down or just push the wires up and cap off. Never did he offer to get the part and fix the fan so it would be functional. After 30 minutes and just pushing the wires up and capping of the fan something I could have done he gives my wife a bill for $138.41 . This is ridiculous. So we still have a fan that doesn't work and a bill for $138.41. I would never use this company again. Totally took advantage of the lady of the house.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that was completed by the electrician. I was told, from someone else, that the fixtures could not be move up and he was able to get it accomplished without any impact to the wall. I will definitely use them again due to the promptness, professionalism and expertise of the work completed.

They did a great job. They arrived on time, performed the work we asked them to do, cleaned up and left.

It seemed to work out pretty well. They were pretty timely, prompt and courteous. Their technicians were good. They explained why something had to be done in a certain way and not just that they had to do it and it would be a certain charge. They went a little more in detail than that. I didn't do a whole lot of comparison shopping. The quote sounded like it was in the ballpark of what it should be.

I called Thursday evening. They came out the NEXT day! I was thrilled. He called ahead and arrived perfectly on time. The project took a little longer than expected, but he only billed me for one hour. "Mark" has been an electrician for 18 years. He was extremely friendly and highly competent. I was impressed with this company. Very professional and fair. I recommend!

Came out and was on time. He went to work and fixed both projects without any problem. I also showed him a light problem on my back porch. He suggested that I just a different type of light bulb and then they worked. Thanks for a good job.

I had a difficult time getting in touch with this company regarding the light still not working (it took three trips before the fixture finally was repaired) . I would call and they would not call back. I had to give a different name just to have someone call me back. I had to pay each time he came, the price was always different. It was rather expensive. I had to purchase more lights, which I did not need. He gave me less of a discount than what was promised on Angie's List. I provided the parts needed as well as the light. While Zack was out here I asked him to look at a fan to see if he could repair it, he said he could but later he told me he couldn't but he would come back and replaced it. However he never came back or called. I had to pay for repair of fan but it doesn't work. The gentleman (Zack) who came out to do the work was personable and made promises, however, the fan is still not repaired.

Zack alerted me to his arrival time. He was quick and thorough and answered any questions I had. A terrific job and I'd definitely use this business again.

Mark was on time and very professional. I really appreciated his orderly, logical approach to resolving issues. I also liked the explanations that he gave me which will help me in the future. The price for the big deal was very fair. The people doing the scheduling are very pleasant and helpful. They are good at not over promising. Was very pleased with the service and the level of expertise. Would highly recommend Mr. Electric to others. I have already called to schedule additional work to be done with them.

We had several things that we were asking about as this is a new home to us and we were not familiar with the sensor lighting. A timed indoor sensor light that was going off too soon, sensor lights on the outside of the home that we had not been able to get on.

When I had them come in previously to work on some lighting, I was made aware of the fire danger of the panel currently in my home. I was in no way pressured and encouraged to research the panel. I was given an estimate well below the price my research had me expecting to pay. I really can't say enough about what a great communicator the technician was. He answered all kinds of questions for me and was conscientious and reassuring in his professionalism. This is my go-to company from here on out!

I purchased a Big Deal for $119 for Two Hours of Electrical Labor. Just one person came out for the work. He stayed here the whole two hours. Id tell a friend or family member that they did a good job. Overall it was a good experience.

Mr Electric of Clay County was very easy to reach via phone, returned calls promptly, etc. I didn't end up using them because I had a very short window for the work to be completed. They were booked solid. I would have used them if our schedules would have permitted. Thanks!

Zach was prompt to answer initial call to schedule appointment, was exactly on time, and was able to complete all requested tasks within the 2 hours purchased through Angie's List. He was very knowledgable and gave good advice about various options for doing under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. He provided a quote the same day, and gave me various options. I will be calling him to schedule the kitchen work in the next few weeks. I would definitely use Mr. Electric again.
