Krete Recycled Granite

Description of Work: Excellent service at a great price. They take pride in their work and really seem to enjoy what they're doing. We had a counter top installed in our hall bath and a small piece placed behind our stove. We had initially approached one of the major installers in the Kansas City area and they refused to do the piece behind the stove because they didn't install the counter top in our kitchen. Krete told me it would be no problem and they did an excellent job of matching the granite. The cost of taking out and disposing the old counter top in the bathroom, doing the plumbing work, and cutting a piece to fit behind the stove was considerably lower than what I was expecting and much lower than our first estimate. My wife & I wondered what we were getting for that price and what did 'recycled' mean. We found out that they use pieces left over from major jobs, but this granite is still unused. They were able to get a single slab large enough for our bathroom counter top in the style my wife wanted. There is no difference between what we got and what we would have paid $200 more for. PLUS, we had the piece matched and installed behind the stove, a part of the job the other company refused to do. I'd have to estimate that the other company would have charged us at least $100 to do that part of the job if they would have agreed to it. A job that I was prepared to pay $800 for ended up costing us only $500. I'm very glad that the company we first turned to refused to do the entire job, otherwise we would have never contacted Krete. I would recommend them to anyone.
