Description of Work: They were suppose to: tear down the retaining wall and redo it, repair the front gutter in that area, put pops ups on 4 drainage gutters in the back, put some rock in the culvert at the front of the house, and move and reshape rock in one area of the dry creek bed. Here's what they actually did and what was done wrong: They only put 1 retaining wall, when I wanted 2. The gutter on the front does not work- it comes out of the elbow and not the bottom. The shrubbery that was dug up and replanted is all dead. He didn't put enough rock to cover the weed barrier cloth on the dry creek bed. He tore up parts of the yard including parts of my neighbors yard. He claims that he put down grass seed and that it must have washed away from rain. He put down plain river rocker when he promised decorative. His backhoe drove over the metal stakes I put up to protect 3 shrubs, and those were all torn up. There was never a signed contract on the estimate that was discussed.
