We called to get a quote and the office manager was upfront on pricing, answered all my questions, and even encouraged me to get other quotes and I did. I really just wasted my time because a couple hours later I was calling back after getting outrageous quotes or being told they would have to come and inspect it and couldn't give a quote which I didn't have time for all that nonsense. My only regret is not just going with Ambassador right away because I could have gotten in the next day but they got me scheduled for the following day which I couldn't believe it would be that quick. They scheduled me from 8 to 10 and they were messaged me enroute by 807. I live quite the distance being in St.louis county and they are in Troy but he was here quick. He was very nice and wore shoe coverings and even listened to my dog bark for hours while he worked. There were no secret fees or new charges what I was quoted is what I paid well that and the stupid credit card charge I totally forgot is a thing now in restaurants so have cash or a check to save you more money. I will be using them for any plumbing needs going forward.

They were excellent. They were fast, friendly, and professional. They left no mess. I will definitely call on them in the future. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Ambassador Plumbing was my first choice and the only one of three companies to respond to my request for a quote. Paul came within a couple of weeks and did a fine job of replacing my Mansfield toilet with their recommended Kohler one that met my specifications. I'm very pleased with not just the toilet but the work too. (Note: Ambassador does not honor the Angi 5% coupon displayed on their site.)

We had our bathroom converted from a tub/shower to just a walk in shower. The end result is very nice and we are quite happy with it. If you are considering updating your bathroom, call Ambassador Plumbing first

Gave a bid at 8 AM and came back with a 40 Gal. water heater 2 hrs. later. Did the work and my renter had hot water in about 35 minutes. Good job. They have got my business. Thanks.

The man that came out was not able to repair my problem, but he tried. When he was unable to clear my line he did not charge me and directed me to a competitor. The man has a good work ethic and is honest. I wood use him again.
