Description of Work: They came and tore off my roof, tarped it and it rained like heck that night. They had not cleared out the roofing from the gutters and all the water back-washed inside my home. It took 6 months to finally get it all done and that was with threats of lawsuits.They has to totally gut the house and re insulate, do electrical, and sheet rock the rooms. It seemed like I was side-job for everyone. Meanwhile I was living in one bedroom, and two baths. One bath, I used as a kitchen. If I had known it was going to be that long, I would have stayed in hotel.

Description of Work: Removed existing roof damaged by wind and hail storm and installed new one.

+ -1 morePYRAMID WAS WHO WE CHOSE TO REPLACE OUR ROOF DAMAGED IN A SEVERE HAIL STORM. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY AND JOE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. OUR ROOF WAS COMPLETED IN A SHORT TIME AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL.. ANYTIME I HAD A QUESTION JOE WAS THERE TO ANSWER IT..
