We made an appointment online, they verified it that day and verified again the morning of the appointment. They never showed up and after the time of the appointment said they were cancelling. We waited but they were no shows. We tried to give them another chance but they declined. Never oncedid they call us although we left messeges. The only contacxt was through an automated online app. I wouldn't do business with them.
Description of Work: I needed our yearly chimney and wood stove cleaning.
