R&D Lawn Care and Landscape

I called R&D and discussed the project. I was told they would do the project for an agreeable price. They never called back to schedule. I made several attempts to schedule with the company and left voicemails but they never called back. 0 Stars for customer service.

Showed up on time and did a good job. Will use for our next seasonal clean up

Hired in March and did not show up till October worked a couple of hours digging around the house to fix the leaking basement. Paid half upfront and do not return phone calls...ever. Would not ever recommend it. The basement still leaks and they are suing me for balance. Broke all steps then never replaced and left the yard where I cannot mow with rocks and big mounds of dirt.

Overcharge for materials

I cancelled because they couldn't get to me until Monday and its supposed to rain Sunday. I know that's not good on the lawn. Mad mowing was calling while I was talking to R&D & was able to do it today. I tried to mow my lawn myself, but I have a bum knee & it really needed to be mowed today or tomorrow. Now it's done and it looks soooooo good! I'm thrilled with it!

Installers courteous and efficient. Yard in a bit of a mess, but can't really be helped when installing sprinkler system. Answered our questions and concerns when we asked. No problems.

TOOK MY MONEY STILL WAITING FOR WORK TO BE DONE. HAD I KNOWN HOW LONG HE WOULD TAKE (HAVING PAID 1/2 ALREADY) I WOULD NEVER HAVE HIRED HIM.
