The man who completed the work is a true artisan/craftsman. His work is meticulous & precise. The master plumber remarked that he had never seen a better floor tile installation.

Dugan' provided amazing design suggestions and products during the construction of our new home.

The remodel was very good. From help picking out products to the installation, everything went better than we anticipated.

We were very happy with the service they provided. Their installers showed up for the installation when they said they would and did quality work.

New leadership has been installed at my local Dugan's store and they contacted me to discuss areas of concern with a previous carpet sale/installation. I was very impressed with Dugan's effort to remedy concerns I had. Management visited me personally to go over the services provided and lingering issues I had. Each and every concern of mine was addressed and remedied in full. They went out of their way to make things right, even offering to help me repair some tile/grout issues I had in one of my bathrooms, which was totally unrelated to my earlier purchase. I feel Dugan's really stepped up to the plate to re-earn my business, and they have succeeded.

The end result was fine. They screwed our floor up when they put it down but they did stand behind it and came back and fixed it. They did our whole house. Hardwood, some tile and carpet.

It worked out good. They hired someone and did a crappy job. I called them, they came out and redid the whole thing so that was a good thing. They realized it was not good so they fixed it. Their pricing is a little high. The quality of the service ended up being better. It was right down just poor at the beginning. Each time you go in there, they were very friendly, very nice and very helpful. They're a pretty good company.

They were very nice. I had very little contact with them. I would consider using them in the future. I would recommend them. They have a good selection of things like tiles and whatever.

It went fine. Pricing was fine. I had a little trouble with the carpets.

I wasn't completely satisfied with them. From the front end to the bill at the end, they doubled.

They did really good on the main floor, but with the loft, they told me that I needed to get some quarter round and put it in instead of them doing it. I thought I was paying for the whole thing. Some of that thing that holds the tile down on the floor was drying out. The one on the main floor was fine. The lines were great. They are not perfect but they are pretty good. They were accommodating and they tried to do good. The reason I think that they didn't do the upstairs bathroom floor as well as they did the main floor was there was an elder man and he was trying to teach a younger man how to lay all of this. I don't think it went as well as it should have. The price was moderate. They are probably within the range for this area. They could have put down the quarter round and they could have put more putty in between the tiles on the floor. There was one little hitch in putting up one blind. It was a little bit closer on one side than it was on the other, but I'm a perfectionist so it's probably not right to blame them for anything because they are not as perfectionist as me. I have had trouble with companies. They try to overprice things for a woman of my age. I don't argue about it, I just don't do business with them again so I don't know if I would use them again or not. I'm thinking about getting some carpeting, but I don't know if I want them to do it. I would price around first. I would look around and see if I could get a good price for it and good workmanship.

It was great. They were the ones I bought the flooring from and their installers were the ones that put it in. It looks really great and we are really happy with it. I like that it has a wood look and it is resilient. It has a lifetime wear warranty, basically.

We would use them again. It was good. They were fine. They were pretty good people but one of their assistants was pretty in a huff. Overall, they did pretty good. We would recommend them. I was happy with the quality. They were pretty responsive. Their professionalism was good.

They were wonderful. Dave Dugan, the owner, he came out and measured. He had helpful suggestions and my husband and I chose some things and then he got back right away with a quote. So that was why that worked. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
