+ -1 moreOne prospective buyer wanted a shower in one of the bathrooms . . . the people left and the realtor showed them a different house and they bought it! If the realtor would have called us and asked us to install a shower, we would have done it ASAP. Very frustrating. Hard to get ahold of. We would call and leave messaged after a showing, because we wanted to know what people said so that we could improve on what buyers were thinking.
Description of Work: Listed our home and it was shown a few times. We required that they only show it to pre-approved buyers . . . that didn't happen. When we were called to set up a showing, we would ask if they were pre-approved (letter from bank) the realtor would say that they didn't know.

Description of Work: I use Realty Executives every month because I have rental properties. They rent out my properties.
