DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They may be a 3 here but even lower on Google. Moved in with holes and stains in the carpet, house battery failing, needing filters in everything, and more. put in a maintenance ticket and some of it never got fixed then I got charged for the repairs moving out. I normally get my deposit back and they kept all 3k plus tried to charge more. It will never get paid. I am not paying to remove the owner's pool chairs, or replace the fridge filter that needed to be replaced when we moved in. I sent 15 emails with pictures of things that needed repairs. The only time maintenance ever came, was when we stated we would be doing it, and if it messed up it was on them as I was tired of waiting 3 months for a maintenance man to show up. The personal can't all agree on anything and are fine to deal with until you sign the lease than are as rude as you can get. I don't understand how they still get business. I get how they make money tho. You can only pay rent online and it is a $25 fee Plus each transaction. They never give deposits back, and add a bunch of fees. They are one step up from a slum lord and I recommend going anywhere else. Rolla and drive is better than this place.
Description of Work: Needed paint, carpet fixed, whole house battery to get smoke alarms to stop beeping (2 days on a 9v). Need fridge filter, pool cover, and so much more

They left drywall dust everywhere when they were doing construction work for the home owner. They said we had to clean it all up. I ended up having a lung infection and they said it wasn't their problem. They finally sent a cleaning crew to clean after a week to get out. They are horrible.

Response from REALTY EXECUTIVES WATSON ASSOC
(Member Name) continues to verbalize untruths about my company. My company took $253 from her security deposit because of damages that were annotated on the move out inspection that were not annotated on the move in inspection. She personally contacted a Service Member fighting for our country in Afghanistan to harass him over us protecting his home from renters damaging it. The home owner offered to lower her rent and bent over backwards to accommodate this tenant. In fact this tenant is currently being sued by her neighbor because of her lack of civility in the neighborhood. Our company has filed a law suit against (Member Name) for Slander because she cannot prove any of her comments when ask to show proof. She continues to harass my employees (who are also married to Service members). During her tenure as a tenant she refused to let us into one of her rooms to conduct the scheduled inspections we perform on all homes we manage. After numerous attempts to inspect the premises without success we annotated the events in her file. Once we went back to the home to conduct her move out inspection it was obvious why she prevented us from conducting a proper inspection of the home. No one ever informed (Member Name) she had to leave the utilities on for 30 days. The document she signed to schedule her move out inspection clearly states the tenant must leave utilities on until all repairs are made that she caused. Sellers should not pay utilities while a maintenance person repairs items the tenant caused. (Member Name) was not disabled when she moved into the property so therefore our company did not violate any ADA laws or Fair Housing Laws. (Member Name) continuously harasses our employees and post false statements on the internet about our company. I would highly recommend any management company to deny her application because this seems to be a trend with (Member Name). Any potential customer that comes to Realty Executives is provided with the same professional service sign the same documents so (Member Name) is upset because she did not properly prepare for her move out inspection and felt we should provide her with an easier move out inspection than we do other tenants because of her disability. We respect the fact that she is disabled but that does not give her the right to damage a home owners property nor does it give her the right to harass our employees and write false statements on the internet about our company. (Member Name) has yet to provide any proof of her claims because she has none. Once the slander and liable law suite is complete we will post the findings on Angies' list to prove (Member Name) is someone you do not want to do business with.

Realty Executives was the third property management company we saw when we first moved to Fort Leonard Wood. We were discouraged not only at the rentals we had found with other companies, but at the quality of property managers. That is, until we met Sharron Gillam. She was WONDERFUL! When we first started working with R.E., she did whatever she could to find us a rental, and we found one in 2 days. During this process, she talked with us about buying, something we had never considered being a military family and not knowing how long we would be in a certain place. Long story short, we went from renting a house, to buying the house we were renting, with Sharron there every step of the way. She was always eager to help, had NO problems answering any questions we had (which were a lot, as we were first time home buyers). Mix her wonderful personality with her quick British wit, and you have one great lady! She will be our go-to gal when it comes time to sell our home!
Description of Work: We used Realty Executives when we moved to Fort Leonard Wood to find a rental, and ultimately to buy a home.

We first contacted Realty Executives when we were still stationed in Fort Polk, LA about renting a property in the Waynesville/St. Robert area on a year lease. We have two dogs and a small baby so it was important for us to find a place asap. Our budget was about $1,000/mo. We were initially only going to be in MO for Captain's Career Course for about 9 months. We weren't too picky, just asked that for the place to look decent, be clean, and in a less low traffic area (not on the interstate). This is harder than it seems in the area than I originally thought. We looked on AHRN and found many properties we liked, but they were being snatched up like hot cakes. Also, due to false promises of leasing by soldiers coming to the area, not many realty places will hold a property for you without having a signed lease and at least a partial deposit. I was not going to sign a lease before seeing a property in person because many things are not seen in person. Also, if a lease is signed and you decide not to rent the property upon arrival, you lose your deposit. The day we were to arrive we were going straight to Realty Execs to sign a lease. Appx 2 hrs away, we received a call the property was rented to someone else. This was how the next week that followed continued as well. We also noticed that many of the properties we were shown did not meet our expectations. It was mainly due to room size or the location of the property. Dave Holbrook, the manager of Realty Executives, spoke with us about helping us find a property to rent. He briefly mentioned a property that was a brand new construction up for sale. After speaking with my husband we decided buying was our best option. The rental market is ,clearly, very stable here and competitive. The best reasons for buying in this area are: we now have an investment when we do PCS and we pay less on our mortage than we would have in rent. We did not have a good experience trying to rent from Realty Execs, but as a property owner we look foward to our relationship with them in the future as our property managers. Word to the wise: act quickly if you plan on renting in this area.
