We Got U Cleaning Service

They were very professional and detailed with my house cleaning. They arrived on time and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Terrible I had SQ Buff up maids she was absolutely terrible we are seniors I really counted on the service she was late she was a liar She did poor service I don’t need pictures she know what she did and Didn’t do

Terribly disappointed!! My siblings and I made this appointment as a gift for our mom and dad for Christmas. The appointment time we set with Stephani was 9am. We were waiting around and it got to be 9:15, so we message her letting her know directions for parking and that we were excited for her services. She messaged us back (15 minutes after she’s supposed to be here) letting us know she had a prior appointment that “slipped her mind” and she wouldn’t be here until 12:30. Minor inconvenience, but we really wanted to do this for our parents so we changed our plans and said that would be great. At 12:30, she still wasn’t here. She texted us around 12:35 and asked what our address was. We waited until 1:10 when we finally decided to call and see if she was close. She told us it would be another 20 minutes, which would make her a full hour late to the already rescheduled appointment time. We let her know that we were very sorry but we would have to cancel today, and she hung up on us!! We are very disappointed with the lack of professional behavior with this company and will not be using them or recommending them to anyone again.

I am incredibly displeased at the service (or lack there of) that was provided by Stephani. I made an appointment for a one time cleaning several weeks ago. This morning after she was ten minutes late I messaged her to check in. She messaged me saying she needed to push back the time to 12:30 because she had a doctors appointment she forgot about. This was definitely an inconvenience for our family but we worked it out. 12:35 rolled around and she still was not there. She messaged me asking for the address and said she was on her way. I expected her to be there in maybe 20 minutes maximum. Surely she wouldn’t be that late to her already rescheduled appointment.. Wrong. At 1:15 I called to see where she was. After telling me it would still be another 20 minutes before she arrived (meaning she would be an HOUR late to the already rescheduled appointment!) I said how disappointed I was that she would be so late and that it really was unprofessional. She proceeded to HANG UP ON ME as I was speaking!! I was just floored at her unprofessionalism and lack of curtesy at all. And honestly- and this point it was just pure rudeness. So, just to recap- I had to message her when she was late this morning, she rescheduled on me and was an hour late to the rescheduled appointment and she hug up on me when I called to see where she was. I am always the first person to support small business owners and I continually gave Stephani the benefit of the doubt. Clearly you should not make the same mistake as me. Steer clear of Stephani and Buff Up Maids to avoid incredible inconvenience, wasted time, and disrespect.

She did a great job. She arrived smiling. She was thorough. We were happy with the service. We were glad to have her back.
