We recently had a vinyl fence put in and could not be happier. At the beginning of the process they asked what was most important to me and I said communication and quality of materials. Superior excelled at both. They were with me every step of the way, including some difficulties with a neighbor boundary. The new fence perfectly matches our rear neighbor's fence and the installers were careful not to damage utilities and irrigation lines. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new fence.

Recently had a fence installed in Olivette, which is one of the most particular principalities with regards to permitting and inspections. The entire process was remarkably seamless. Rusty (initial quote) arrived on time for his appointment and provided the quote quickly afterwards. The office staff (Maria) obtained the permit promptly and was remarkably responsive to get the installation scheduled, which was complicated in our case. The field manager (David) supervised the installation personally. Easily reachable via text. The initial installation only took one full day. The team arrived on time on their scheduled installation day. When the fence gates were mistakenly installed with the swing in the wrong direction, he promptly arranged to have the installation corrected. The office staff also handled scheduling the inspection, and the fence passed inspection without problem. The fence itself looks great and is exactly what we wanted. Other installers are priced higher and/or want the homeowner to handle all permitting and inspections, the latter of which is honestly ridiculous. Superior did it all for us and made the process easy!

We did some work for this company as a painting contractor. They were over the moon with the work we done in their basement after Tom meticulously went through w a flashlight and made sure everything was perfect. Than he let us know he had a general contractor come and spray doors in newly finished walls and ceilings and then decided to go on a smear campaign of our company. They are currently in a lawsuit that they lost. And are beside themselves in that mess. I really thought this was good people and a good contractor only to bullied into wanting us to fix the mess of the other contractor. Whether it's at home or business who you are shows through any business work you do.

Chevy, Chase and Iserdell did an awesome job installing the fence and it looks great!!
