SUPERIOR EXTERIORS

It took them over a month to start the job. We had Gutter Monsters on our gutters that they were supposed to remove and replace. They replaced them incorrectly and it took 3 trips to get this done correctly. They were supposed to put ridge vents on our roof and failed to do so. They have yet to provide me with a lien waiver and I had to call to get a detailed bill from them. It appears to me that they are trying to get the most money from the insurance company that they can- regardless if they have done what they are supposed to do.

Excellent work, great people and product - siding the same as amazing siding is excellent product. No curling or waving sections - excellent appearance and has insulating qualities.

1st bad sign-salesman took 3 hours to sell me siding, along with used car salesman tactics. I was suspicious but wanted to get the work done, as I had already contracted with 2 other companies that never even showed up. Installers were subs, a father & son team. The work was done quickly & neatly with good attitude. Afterwards, we saw some minor problems. These were pretty simple things to fix. I called, left several messages; o reply. Finally reached a human and promised that Scotty, the field supervisor, would be in touch. Weeks passed; nothing. Finally reached the owner, Greg Berenato. He said I waited too long to call and that the gutter issue was not their problem since they subbed that work out. I told him his company name should be "Inferior Exteriors". He went off on me like a psycho, said I needed to take a class in human relations, and hung up on me. Never resolved. Spacing nail still stuck in siding way high up, fixed gutter myself, chimney trim still not right.
