StoneCraft Epoxy Resurfacing

Stone Craft Epoxy Resurfacing. I highly recommend Stone Craft. There quality of work is outstanding. The owner Shawn Wolf is very dedicated to his company. Victoria in customer service is awesome will answer any questions you might have. This company is second to none.

We recently had our patio resurfaced by Stone Craft. About 3 months after we signed our contract, they came to do the work. We were originally told it would be a 3 day process and it ended up taking about a week and a half. It was supposed to look like individual flagstones like the pictures on their website and mailer, but instead it was a swirly mess of colors not matching up with the stones and not blended correctly. When I called or text to say that I was unhappy, both Sean and Victoria were very defensive and swore that we got what we wanted and that we were happy with it. The tried to play my husband and I against each other and Sean simply said that he would not fix it. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Sean with him talking non-stop trying to convince me how much I loved our “custom” work. We don’t. We filed a BBB complaint and they did not respond. Their website says Satisfaction Guaranteed but it seems to be if they are satisfied with the job, not the customer. And I won’t even go into details about how they left the work area (our yard) at the end of each work day, but it was a true reflection of the messiness of the overall project. Since my husband sent one gut reaction saying it looked good, before doing a thorough inspection of the job, that’s keeps being thrown back in our face that it means he was satisfied and that there are no issues. All we have gotten was pushback from the company with no effort to resolve the issues. I wish we had not paid them in good faith thinking they would fix any problems. All they have done is make it worse . Totally unprofessional

They sent someone promptly for an estimate. Two weeks later I still have not received the written estimate. I have called once and they said sending an estimate to a Charter email address was difficult and they said they would send me a text with a link. Still nothing. They must not want the business.

Great, some small stuff, but with the large area that was covered everything they did was top notch. This was a community pool for our subdivision. We have had great response from the community. We would have them again.

My call was promptly returned and the young lady extremely friendly and professional. However, prior to scheduling the appointment I was asked, "Is there a Mister?" As a professional, single woman, I found this annoying at best and sexist at worst. I cancelled getting the bid.

Shawn looked over the situation and advised how we could save a lot of money -- that is, removal and replacement simply isn't necessary. Other companies were not nearly so helpful or honest. We VERY much appreciate the integrity this business owner displayed. When it comes time to have work done that we DO need -- or friends/family need -- guess who we'll be calling?

They a good job. Once they got here they didn't stop they straight through to get it done.

Very well. It's everything we had hoped for and more. Phil did a fantastic job at presenting and working with us on making this happen. There are lots of choices for surface material. The hardest part was making the choice of color combinations. They are all beautiful. Once the weather allowed, work was started and the guys did an amazing job. After a few day, they guys returned and cleaned up and left the area better than they had arrived. We are extremely pleased with the results, and have had so many positive comments. Thank you, StoneCraft for making our experience great! We look forward to having our driveway done.

Quality & workmanship of installation was very good. Pool area looks great. It was a very wet summer so there was a backlog in starting my install, but Phil kept me updated at all times on where my install was in the queue.

The job was great. It is beautiful. The team performing the work was professional, polite, and genuinely interested in pleasing us. They took great pride in their work, and it was obvious. We couldn't be happier with the results. The owner Shawn Wolf was there a good part of the time to make sure everything was going well, as we chose colors that were a bit more difficult to work with. He was intent upon giving us what we wanted and making sure it looked great.

Awesome job. Our driveway was in bad shape so we had a few issues arise. They came out and fixed each problem. Customer service after the job is a big plus these days! You'll need to be flexible on this kind of work as weather is a big factor in completion.

Was beautiful!

They were awesome. Our concrete driveway was very old, worn and cracked. It took several days to complete the application of the material as we have a very large, double wide, turn around drive. They were friendly, fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We are very pleased with the new look we have. The driveway looks brand new. We were able to keep the old concrete drive as a base for the application of the epoxy resurfacing. We don't need to worry about the driveway settling and cracking again. We also had them create new counter tops for our 2 bars in the basement using a metallic epoxy coating. As you can see from the pictures, it looks awesome. We would definitely use this company again
