Exceptional service, very professional and hard working technician. Great customer service with the individual I talked to on the phone, explained the costs and services. No surprises when he arrived.

Technicians were polite and cleaned up after the project was complete. They did a great job with stretching the carpets!

I was a little disappointed because the spots did not come out of my carpet. I also had a small repair done, and I felt the fee for the repair was high.

We bought a new home and wanted the carpets and hardwood cleaned before our furniture arrived. They were done and the service was professional. I was hoping the hardwood would look better after sealing it but there were still some visible scratches, though they still look pretty good. I have never had hardwood floors so I don't know how to compare this. Overall, we're happy with them. Customer service was excellent!

Dan was very friendly and did a great job. He was very informative when I asked questions about the service being provided. The furniture looks great and all the pet hair and dander was successfully removed.

Ernest was amazing. He did a great job on our carpets, walked us through everything and even went over a quote for our hardwood floors while he was here. Will definitely be using them again!

Best part was they were able to do the job the following day. I was told they had a special of 5 rooms for $150.00. When the tech arrived and gave a bid it turned out my 5 rooms were actually 7 rooms because of the square footage. I can see that but the house was completely empty and took the tech all of 40 minutes to do the job so I think they could have provided the service for the original price. The tech also wanted another $36.00 to do a deep cleanse in a traffic area. When did everything go a la carte? “oh, you want your carpets fully cleaned? That’s extra” We will eventually be replacing the carpet in that area so I didn’t have him do it but I would have expected more. All staff were friendly and except for the heavily trafficked area the carpets look clean. I just received a follow up call from the office which was nice but as I was telling her about the above issues she either hung up on me or we got disconnected. No call back though.

Came out fast and did a very good job would use again

My wall to wall beige rugs were cleaned but the heavier traffic area's remained DARK. I pointed these areas out to him and his response was he pretreated those areas and that was the best he could do. These rugs were cleaned four years ago and they were perfect. They should redo the work or give me a large discount.

A technician stretched carpeting in two bedrooms and one walk in closet. He did a great job and left no mess.

The guy was professional and friendly but spent less than 20 minutes total to clean three rooms??? Two of the rooms were upstairs bedrooms so the 20 minutes included the time for him to get his equipment upstairs and back down. He tried to up sell a deep cleaning service for an additional $40-$50 which I declined. I feel like their basic service is a total rip off and isn’t worth the money. Next time I’m going with another company.

Very responsive and friendly

Provided a competitive base rate, but up charges were expensive for additional cleaning services. Carpets in notable traffic areas were slightly soiled but appeared far dirtier after cleaning. Disappointing results. Will not use again...!
