Not happy. Smell and stains returned after carpeting was cleaned.

The carpet cleaning was okay but not great. A few stains remained on the carpet. I was not present at the time of the cleaning. I left a key and they came in and did the work. It cost a little more than I thought it would based on the internet advertising.

The Tech was not sure how to repair the carpet seam, but with his knowledge of the product and available resources, did an excellent job! I will ask for him personally again.

I am changing my review from a 5-star review to a 2-star review if that tells you anything. We filled out a form on HomeAdvisor and were contacted by Gena within the hour. I explained the situation (error on the dryer, vent needed to be cleared, vent guard broken). She set up an appointment for me the next afternoon. Our technician arrived, did the work that was requested of him, told us that he (or someone else) would have to come back the next day to repair the cover. Cool. (No mention of extra expenses . . . but whatevs . . . ). He came back the next morning, installed the new cover, and then presented us with a $65 bill. It is not the end of the world, but there was no mention of this expense either time I talked to Gena or the technician. What gives? Are they trying to nickel and dime us? Or was their oversight on what it means to offer customer service? Either way, we will not request their services again! Good luck to those that do!

Just bought a house that had very worked in filth and ProSteam removed the majority of it. We will eventually replace the carpet but ProSteam bought us some time. Good company, excellent people.

They didn't offer Scotchgard and I forgot to ask for it!

Fixed a bulge in the carpet that other carpet people could not fix.

Tech was on time, got the stains out I was concerned about and the carpet looks great! Would highly recommend!!

Made my mother in laws old floor, look new again! Had tile and grout cleaning done.
