Service was ok seemed to be more worried about adding more services on than what I had wanted was not even here that long not sure if he really did anything when he went downstairs said he cleaned the furnace but was not here very long. When I had the furnace cleaned last year by someone else they spent well over an hour cleaning the furnace.

We hired them and their work was not what I expected. The carpets and stairs are still fairly dirty. The tech hurried thru the job and could have been more thorough. You had sent a 15% discount coupon which they would not accept and it ended up costing us almost $900. Additionally, he made excuses for not getting the carpet and stairs any cleaner,
