The Rep did not recommend additional treatment to a couple of heavily soiled areas on the carpet. I had to ask if it came clean and he said, no. I had to ask what he recommended.

Service man was professional and I did get a quote before I agreed. I should have done more research. I have a 2 story house and the cost was just under $1000 which I think is too much for this size house. I expected before and after pictures of vents. I also object to service call fee in addition since they were here to do the job. When I went online to research companies I instantly got the call. I did agree to the job and price, but should have been more through in getting quotes.

Jason was out standing, he helped me understand why they can not clean area rugs that are on a hardwood floor, also how to clean my hardwood , a very smart man and extremely polite❤️

The $15 'service charge' that wasn't explained to me when I scheduled. I don't like hidden charges, and this really irritated me; if it weren't for that, I would have given customer service and value a five star rating.
