He cleared the drains but he broke my shower faucet and left the water running all day. He did call me to ask if there was a trick to the faucet because there was a drip. I assumed he just didn't know how to work the faucet because it is an older model, although replaced around two years ago. I told him I'd look at it when I got home. To my surprise, his "drip" was a steady stream of water and he left it running all day! I called them to complain and the manager was extremely rude to me and says it wasn't their problem. His exact words were, "If you went to Dillard's and walked through a faulty door and it broke as you were walking through it, it wouldn't be your fault. This is the same thing. It's not our problem". Let's assume that it was a faulty faucet, why on earth would you leave my house without at the very least turning the water off. I can not get past the fact that my water was running at a steady stream for six hours until I got home and that I was spoken to so rudely. Very unprofessional company. Note: There is a picture of the "drip". I have it running through the shower since the shower head has a stop button. That was the only way to stop the water until the plumber came out to turn the water off.

Main line backed up in basement. They showed up at the time promised. I chose hydro flushing and camera. They showed me how clean my line was when they finished. My basement is cleaner than when they showed up.

The owner of this company doesn't finish the jobs that he starts. I had him come out to fix a sewer line, and he left my yard a complete mess, and now won't to do anything about it. He is a very mean and condescending towards me each time that I have called and tried to reason with him. Once I gave him the check for the services, he became very aggressive and refused to finish the job. It has been three months now and my yard is still completely wrecked. He promised me that he would come back out and fix it multiple times, but as I said before it all changed once he had the check in his hand. Now he just tells me that I am on my own and that it's no longer his problem. Stay away from this company at all costs, I really wish that I had!

Owner Tony was godawful to deal with. Son Tony was at least decent. Having said that, this is way too long a story for here. Let's just say, he was two days late in responding to a serious leak, an additional two days late in keeping his commitment, and then he tore up my front yard with a backhoe and left an unbelievable mess, including a three foot deep hole adjacent to my house with my waterline exposed. Add serious attitude to all that and well, you judge. The absolute only thing he did that I appreciate was not destroy my holly bush which was very close to where he dug. He also finished the job in record time once he started because the weather was turning cold. I'm having to look at his mess all winter long and hire professionals to put that portion of my yard back together this spring. The level of destruction is that bad. I would never hire him and have told the water company with whom he subcontracts and with whom I'm insured that if he ever steps foot in my yard again, I'll take legal action. I have pictures to substantiate my story in the event anybody feels I'm exadurating.
