Installer arrived on time and made the installation with 45 minutes. All work done to my satisfaction.

It was real good and I was just researching them. The price was great. They are located near my house. They were quick and very efficient in fixing the problem. I am very satisfied.

Professional, and punctual did a great job!

Came home around 3:30 pm to find my door would not work. I called Martin and explained the problem. The woman was were helpful giving me a quote and a time frame for a technician to come out the next day. The technician called when he was on his way the following day, during the time scheduled and repaired my broken spring. He was punctual,very polite,and the work was done as quoted to me the previous day. I was happy to have my door working again and a prompt response to my problem.

They did an excellent job and I would use them again without hesitation.

They were outstanding. Their technician explained everything thoroughly. He gave me hints for giving good maintenance on the door to continue it in use. Their responsiveness was outstanding. Their price was very competitive compared to what I gathered from a couple of other places. I expected the price to be more expensive. The reason I used them was because my wife had used them previously before I met her and was happy with them. The door is still working flawlessly and it is running quieter than it has been. They didn’t come out immediately as it broke over a weekend and I expected that. They were here earlier than promised. The gentleman who came was very professional and he gave very good advice. He shared his knowledge.

I had a very good experience with them. They did a great job. They just did a great job and they were done and they work well. I think I had two garage door openers installed with springs and all that and the sensors that go with it and a little keypad panel for the outside.

I checked prices before we decided to definitely have Martin Door install a garage door opener on our 3rd car garage door. They came out within 2 days on a Saturday morning, added a keypad to operate both doors and even reprogrammed my husband's car since his opener was integrated into his auto system. Works great, for a great price. The installer was the nicest and most efficient person. Great Experience. Great Service!

I made the all for service. When asked when they could come over to repair the door. I told them NOW. The lady on the phone said they would be over in one hour. They were over in one hour. Brandon got the door open and replaced the broken part.He was very efficient. Needless to say he wasted no time in making the necessary repair. I have used them, with this call, three times and they have never disappointed me.

Michael the technician was super friendly and had a solution in about 45 minutes. Their response was quick and the people they send are excellent.

He called before he arrived. His arrival was right on time. He replaced the springs, oiled the door and greased the track. Then he identified and corrected the potential hazard described above in that the opener was pulling away from the garage wall. The opener and 40 year old wooden door function perfectly.

A neighbor of mine used Martin to furnish and install replacement windows and was extremely pleased with the product and service. As a result, I called Martin to seek help with regard to a number of older thermal windows in a property that I was rehabbing that needed repair (sash tension devices or weights were broken and windows crashed down when raised). I was told by NuWay Windows that a source for replacement parts was unknown by them. I was uncomfortable with that answer and had a suspicion that if I pursued it, I could locate a source for parts. The sales manager at Martin was incredible on the phone, immediatelty understanding the problem without even seeing the windows (I told him who manufactured them and he instantly knew the required parts and advised that a company named Genesco routinely does that kind of repair and probably had the parts in stock, despite the fact that my window were 30+ yrs. old). He was right. I hired Genesco to repair all of my broken windows, spending around $700 for same vs. $4,000 on a bid for brand new windows that NuWay wanted to sell me, which was totally unnecessary. I would contact Martin in a minute for new windows because (1) of my neighbors' great experiece, and (2) the incredible honesty and professionalism I received when I needed help. Bravo !

Getting ready to leave the house to go to work. When opening the garage one spring broke. My son and I were able to get the door open enough for me to get out. Went to work only to have my son call me telling me that when he attempted to raise the door again, the second spring broke. He had to find a ride to work. I called Martin Door about 8:15 a.m. told them my situation. They ask if anyone was home. I said no. They ask me how long it would take me to get home and I said about 20 minutes. They said OK, we will have someone there in about 30 minutes. What?!?!?!?! That never happens! I arrived about 5 minutes before the Bob, ( a very nice young man ) the repair technician. He had my garage door functioning properly in about 35-45 minutes. EXCELLENT!

Quick service, showed up on time and had the opener fixed in about 30 minutes. Reasonable price and didn't try to sell me a new opener. Made sure everything worked before he left. Great service.

A TALE OF TWO COMPANIES A month ago I purchased an Angie's list coupon for a Garage Door Tuneup from Bousman Garage Door (which I now know is in Kansas City). My door was working fine but was very noisy. It is 10 years old and has never been lubricated or serviced. So I purchased the coupon and a technician from Bousman came to my home. He lubricated the door and it was so much quieter. But before he left, he offered to "adjust" the door to make it work better. He made this adjustment using a screwdriver on the outside of the motor casing. I should have never let him make the adjustment. For a few days all was well. Then when the door went up or down, the light (attached to the motor) began flashing. I didn't think this was good, but the door still worked fine and I was busy preparing for the holidays so made a mental note to call Bousman and report what was happening. Before I got around to calling, the opener developed a new symptom. The door would go the whole way up and the motor would keep running. I knew this couldn't be good and vowed to call immediately after Christmas. Then (on Dec. 22) the door wouldn't go up at all. I called Bousman and was told they would send someone out to check it out. The technician (same one who did the "tune up") said the problem couldn't have been caused by anything he did and it was just coincidence that it was broken. He worked for over an hour trying to adjust that same screw to make the door work. He said even on the "heavy duty" setting it wouldn't work. He never even took the cover off the motor to see what was happening inside and he never checked the balance of the door to see if the door springs needed adjusted. He told me it was a cheap system and it couldn't be fixed. He said he could install a new one for $350 to $450. I asked him to pick up his screwdriver and leave my home. I called Martin Door Company (a local company I've used before). They scheduled me for the following morning. The Martin Door technician tried the door, removed the motor cover, saw that the center hole of the large plastic gear had been stripped and gave me two options. He could replace the system for around $450 or he could install a new gear (which he had with him on the truck) for $148 including the service call. I chose to have the gear replaced. After changing the gear, he checked the door balance, lubricated the hinges and adjusted the door spring. Start to finish it took 30 minutes and now my door works beautifully. That $39 coupon may be the worst $39 I ever spent. Both technicians were on time and were polite, but only one of them knew what he was doing and did not try to sell me a new system as the only option. I highly recommend Martin Door Company.

Serviceman measured and spoke to me regarding the installation. He told me he would have to speak to his installation department and get back to us. Weeks passed with no word. Finally, another man came to our home and measured again. Again, it took at least 10 days before we received a quote. I felt we waited too long for just an estimate. If there was a problem, how long would that take to make it right?

Though I haven't had the door installed yet, I was quite impressed with not only their responsiveness, but their price was better than if I'd purchased from Lowes. The door has to be custom made because it's an odd size so it will take a few weeks to come in. Martin was on time both times they came out and were thorough in what was included, what wasn't, etc.

Called the company at 8:15am on 10.12.13. Service tech called prior to arrival. Arrived in the time that they said he would be here. He immediatley diagnoised the problem, and commenced to repair it. Worked very fast, job completed in less than 30 minutes.It was a broked spring that operated the garage, allowing it rise and lower. He lubricated all parts and made sure the door operated properly before he left. Brandon did an excellent job.

My visit to their store was excellent. The man I worked with was able to diagnose the problem simply through questions he asked me. He recommended a solution but also scheduled an appointment for one of their professionals to visit. It turned out his recommendation worked and I was able to fix the problem myself.
