Arrived on time when they said they would. Examined the garage door and found out the issue quickly. Took care of the problem immediately and was gone within 1.5 hours.

My wife backed into our garage door when it was only halfway up. It bent the door and fram making it impossible to raise or lower trapping our cars in the garage. The service department at Martin Door gave me a choice between a $290 emergency call right away or a $89 service call as soon as a technician was available. They strongly suggested a standard service call and I'm glad they did because the technician was out within two hours anyway. The technician quickly got the door back into shape, made some adjustments and lubed the track. The door can now open and close freely and all this for a hair over $100. I found Martin Door on Angie's List and am a fan!

Service agent was very helpful - explaining the details - even drawing arrows so I could find the light button, etc. The garage door is so quite - great experience. Would definitely refer to friends.

Good experience with salesman Tom although return phone calls from him were delayed by a few days. Installer, who's name is J.J., arrived on time and worked diligently to remove all old items and replace the new door and opener system. He also removed siding trim around door and replaced with new and it was very well done. My husband and I were very satisfied and impressed. It was a very hot day and J.J. did his work very professionally and flawlessly. The door is perfect and opens and closes so quiet. We felt the price was great for the top quality of door and professionalism of the installer and salesmen we received. We would recommend them to anyone. They were great.

Beautiful job. Sales representative, Tom, was courteous and knowledgeable. Installer was on time and completed the job as described. Could not be happier with finished product. The system has a safety sensor that stops the door from closing if anything is detected; shortly after installations the door was hesitating on occasion and they came out at no additional cost to show us how something including dirt, or even a cob web would stop the door. They cleared the debris and gave us a less on trouble shooting. Would highly recommend.

The installers arrived on time and swapped the doors very efficently with attention to details. Upon completion they cleaned up the work site .

As I was trying to leave for work, the bottom of the garage door fell off of the track, and into the back window of my car! My internet was down and I couldn't check my Angies List. A neighbor recommended Martin, and they were a godsend! Earl was here within an hour, got the door unjammed, back on track, repaired the mangled bottom parts as much as possible, checked and adjusted the springs, tracks, cables and opener. He could not determine exactly why it happened, but gave several possible suggestions for prevention in the future as well as suggestions for permanent repairs. He was here and gone in about 30 min. on a frigidly cold morning. He made what was starting out as a horrible day, much, much easier to bear! He spoke to me with respect, making sure that I fully understood what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend them in the future and I definitely intend to call them when I replace the whole door in the near future.

I called in the morning and they were able to do the work the same day. They game me a window of time in which the repairman would arrive. Adam called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Both springs were replaced and he checked everything out and all looked good. I was very pleased with the service.

Had Martin door out to fix a torsion spring that broke. The serviceman was knowledgeable and prompt. He fixed my issue and explained what he was doing and how everything should work after he left.

Called Martin Door who sent their serviceman Bob out within a couple of hours. He was able to get the door unjammed, get the cables back on the pulleys, the door back in tracks and properly adjust the force on the garage door opener.

They showed up on time and were very professional and informative. I felt their prices were fair and I would highly recommend them to others. They did a very good job and in a timely mannor.

I've had many dealing with providers that I got off of Angie's list. I can only say that two of them have been outstanding and professional in every way. Martin Door is a classy company to deal with. I was having a problem with my garage door when I first opened it up in the morning. It would somewhat shutter in the tracks. Adam checked out everything and gave me valuable tips. He was a joy to talk to and very helpful. If you want quality work for your garage door or are looking for doors and windows I wouldn't waste time in dealing with other garage door and window companies. Martin Door is tops in my book.

We looked at doors in the showroom and ordered our replacement door. Around two weeks later it was installed. We are pleased!

Everything was great! Called to get an estimate and had a salesman at my house the following day. He was excellent! Gave us every option, explained every detail and went through everything with us! Had no problems with the ordering and was called when my door was ready! Made appointment for the following week. Came to install door yesterday. Called to let me know they were on their way. Installed door with no issues. It is BEAUTIFUL!!! I am really pleased with the work done!

Service man was prompt and called before he came out. Did the routine maintenance and was gone within a half an hour. Explained what he had done and the status of my older unit. Service man was very polite and knowledgeable. Will use Martin Doors again.

I do not remember the cost of the service but it was over $1,000 and it was reasonable. The job was fine. They came, put it in and it took maybe a couple of hours but everything went well. They did what they said that they were going to do and that was nice. We went in, we bought it and they said that they were going to deliver it on Monday or Tuesday, I think. They came, put it in and it worked so all of that was great.

The technician called to say he was on his way and would arrive in about 20 minutes. He arrived right on time, and was very professional and pleasant to work with. I explained the door was making noise and he determined it was due to a bent section of the frame, which he straightened right away. The rollers were oiled and he checked several times to be sure the door opened and closed smoothly, both with the automatic opener and manually. He was nice enough to hammer a few nails back in which had come loose so that the vinyl frame around the door was more secure. I would recommend this provider to anyone who needs a garage door serviced.

The service was great! I called Martin Door Co. and the person that answered the phone was able to schedule the repair right away. On the day of the appointment Michael called about 10 minutes before the start of my appointment time and let me know he was on his way. When he got there we discussed the problem and he suggested I replace both springs and his explanation sounded good to me so I approved the installation. I also had a problem with one of my garage door sensors that would not let the door close when the sun was hitting it. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix it by moving the sensor back a little further to get it in the shade. I was impressed with his knowledge. He proceeded to start the spring replacement and in a short time he had the job done. When he had me come out and approve the work I was amazed at how quiet and smooth the garage door worked. He even showed me were to lubricate the rollers and hinges to keep the garage door working smoothly. I told him how pleased i was and thanked him for taking the time to explain the sensor problem I had. He pointed down to the sensor and he had all ready moved it for me. That is going the extra mile. So as we finished the transaction he looked at the garage door opener pad and noticed the time was wrong so he reached up and entered the correct time. What Great Service!! I would definitely recommend Michael and Martin Door to anyone.
