Description of Work: I was in a hurry and accidentally hit the garage door frame backing out of the garage and damaged the garage door frame so the door wouldn't open or close. When I explained the emergency, Martin Door was here within an hour. They helped get the cars out of the garage and they returned within two days to repair the damage. Their service call was reasonable and they fixed the door, frame and garage wall for less than the estimate. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Excellent service. They replaced my broken garage door spring on short notice. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond by re-greasing all tracks and hinges and readjusted some of the garage door settings. I would definitely call them again as well as recommend them.

RYAN WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND DID AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB GIVEN THE DIFFICULTIES HE ENCOUNTERED. DESPITE THE PROBLEMS, I NEVER ONCE HEARD HIM COMPLAIN. HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW THE OPENER WORKED AND ANSWER ANY OTHER QUESTIONS I HAD. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL. VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED.
