Martin Door Co.'s rep arrived on time to bid our job. He answered all questions I had. Prior to accepting their bed, when I called their office with an additional question, I was treated courteously and my question was answered to my satisfaction. Our doors arrived from the factory a week earlier than projected, and installation took place within a couple of days of our being notified. Installation took most of a day. The installer did a great job, cleaned up after himself and was courteous while working! We are completely satisfed with our choice of company.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Thursday evening. My car was trapped in the garage! I called as soon as Martin Door opened the next morning at 7:30 a.m. They told me that they would have a technician to my house after he finished the garage he was working on. The man arrived, was very professional, efficient, friendly and picked up after himself when he was through. My double wide garage door had two springs; he told me he could replace one for $150 or both for $195. He did not pressure me to replace both, but I decided that is what I wanted to do. The garage was fixed and he left by 10:20 a.m. The garage door now works wonderfully. Overall, an excellent experience.

Martin Door quoted us for a single-car garage door replacement. After also talking with other companies, we decided to go with Martin because they had the style of door we wanted for a good price and they were recommended to us by a neighbor. We ordered the door as it was not one they kept in stock, which came in 2 weeks sooner than they said it would. The office staff were friendly and professional when we talked with them. The installer was quick and did a good job on the door. The only complaint we had was that the installer did leave a small mess when he was done, but it wasn't a big enough deal to not recommend Martin Door to others. Overall we are pleased with our experience.

Great. The spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Monday when Martin opened and they were at my place within an hour. The job was completed quickly (about an hour!) and I didn't have to miss too much work.

I called one morning and the serviceman arrived that afternoon as offered. He suggested replacing both springs, which I planned on doing. The second only added $50 to cost. He did that, then showed me how to lube door and opener and what to use. He then adjusted opener to ensure it operated safely. Turns out it was set on max pressure and could have hurt or killed someone it came down on. Service was great and couldn't believe I got same-day service.

IT WENT VERY WELL. HE EVEN REMOVED A COUPLE BRACKETS FROM THE ROLLER TRACK, THAT WERE MAKING A TERRIBLE NOISE, AND WERE NOT NEEDED. I COULD NEVER PINPOINT THE NOISE.

One of the torsion springs broke on my garage door. After checking the internet, I learned what the problem was and about how much it would cost to fix. I called Martin Door and asked for a quote to replace both torsion springs. She immediately gave me a price (another company I called refused to give a quote over the phone) which was in line with what I had seen on the web. This was late on a Friday afternoon. When I asked how soon someone could be there, she scheduled an appt. for the next day (Saturday) to arrive between 8-11 am. The guy called about 8:15 and said he was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later and finished the job in about 40 minutes. He also lubed the rollers and inspected the rest of the garage door and opener, mentioning that my "gears" are getting worn and will likely have to be replaced at some point. He did not pressure me to get this work done. The garage door works great now and is much quieter than before! Will definitely call Martin Door when more work is needed. (Hopefully not too soon!)

They company was nice they showed up on time. I am very happy with my beautiful doors that they put in. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their service.

I called them at 8:30 Monday morning, and by 10:30 they had their service tech out here to fix it. He got it fixed and I am happy with the job. The tech was very professional.

I like the fact that my garage door actually works now and that the repair only took around 45 minutes. The service man that came out arrived as scheduled and finished promptly. I will use them again if I need to because of their quality of work and their promptness. I don't recall what they charged, but it was a good price.

It is a neat door. It has a pad on the outside where you can program whatever you want without a key. They are really good and I am impressed with their service. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are easy to work with.

Martin Door Company was very quick to respond when our old opener quit working. The work was done very promptly. The serviceman was very nice and friendly. He was neat and professional as well. They have a well-deserved good reputation.

I called and they came out promptly (within a couple hours). The technician tried the opener and asked some questions. He looked at the opener for a while and then called the office for advice. He said he had to come back tomorrow with a new circuit board & if that didn't work, I'd need a new opener. He told me someone would call me later to set up an appt. No one called. The next morning, about 10 am, I called them, letting them know no one had called. The technician came out around 2:30. Installed the "new" (?) circuit board & it didn't fix the problem. Their only answer was a new opener for $400 installed. I paid 85 for nothing! (85 is their standard service call rate). I have since Called Len's and got a much better quote for a new opener.

We found the company on Angie's List. They gave us a quote over the phone, and were at our house 5 hours later. They provided a 3 hour window and called 20 minutes before arrival. The job took about 45 minutes. They provided a 1 year warranty, and they accepted Mastercard. The technician was professional. We had done some damage to the door when the spring broke and the door dropped. The technician recommended we go to the original installer and suggested ways we could get the garage door repaired less expensively. Seemed like a very ethical approach.

In the morning I called for an appointment because my automatic garage door opener would not work. I made the appointment for the next day, thinking I could open it by hand for today. When I was unable to open it by hand, I called back and they were able to send someone that day. Earl showed me what was broken, how he would fix it and gave me a cost estimate. It was finished in one hour and the work was done professionally.

One YEAR later, whenever we opened the garage door after a rainstorm, water leaked from the panels onto our cars, etc. We called Martin Door about the problem and they sent a worker out to adjust the panels and lubricate the hinges. That did not solve the problem and we called Martin Door again. They said our one-year warranty had expired, plus it didn't cover leaks. We were dumbfounded by this response and asked to speak with the manager. They PROMISED us that the manager would call back within a few hours. That never happened. Their handling of this situation was shockingly insensitive and unprofessional. We then contacted Clopay, the garage door manufacturer, who apologized for the inappropriate response by Martin Door. Clopay arranged for one of their other local distributors to come out to our home. That person was very helpful and informative. We will never recommend Martin Door to any of our friends or neighbors.

Overall I'd say the job was well done. The repair person had a bit of a negative sarcastic attitude which I didn't appreciate. But he certainly knew what he was doing and gave me some maintenance tips. They did make it out in about 5 hours which I really appreciated.

The main center spring on our garage door busted over the weekend. Martin gave me a price estimate over the phone and sent a repairman in 48 hrs or less.

I have used this business before for purchasing parts for my garage door opener motor. Service and advice at parts department was well explained and very informative. Prices were compatible.

Martin always has done excellent work over the past 11 years at our home and we always call them when we have problems with adjustments or repairs. Their service personnel are courteous and qualified.

Technician arrived on time, was very professional, did the work that he was hired for, and did not try to sell us services we did not need. Explained to us everything he was doing and why. Did not feel like he was rushing. Took his time to do it right.

Martin Door was the company who installed the garage doors on our new house. We used them to put the garage doors openers in because the warranty would also cover the doors and openers. It was a little expensive but they did a good job.

Received a good price on bid, responded in timely manner. Sale on this item at Martin matched the price to get the business. They did the job within 2 weeks.

Ryan, the service representative, was on time and was extremely polite and efficient. They have a 30-minute minimum service call, so he not only performed the requested service (replacing the broken part), but fixed a broken wire, oiled the wheels, and tightened the bolts on the frame. None of that extra work was requested. The door works perfectly and is much more quiet!

THIS IS A COMMON DOOR THAT IS AVAILABLE THROUGH MAJOR DOOR COMPANIES IN THE METRO AREA. I OBTAIN SEVERAL QUOTES AND THEY CAME WITHIN A HUNDRED DOLLARS OF EACH OTHER. THE DOOR WAS ORDERED AND CAME SHIPPED FROM THE FACTORY IN A QUICK TURN-AROUND TIME. I WORKED WITH KAREN TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION. ELDON SHOWED UP ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE DOOR WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS QUOTED. ELDON DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE INSTALLATION AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE DOORS CONSTRUCTION. HE SEALED THE EXTERIOR DOOR FRAME, RECONSTRUCTED THE INTERIOR FRAME AND LEFT THE AREA IN A CLEAN CONDITION. I INTEND TO CALL THEM BACK IN A FEW WEEKS TO INSTALL AND REPLACE TWO STORM DOORS. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETATIVE AND I RECOMMEND THEIR WORK.
