Description of Work: This company was very responsive. We had a problem with garage door roller bar. Called Martin and they came within 4 hours. Replaced bar very quickly. The tech was extremely professional and skilled. Would definitely recommend them and will call them in the future if need arises.

Description of Work: Installed a custom patio door , built by Provia . It came in 2 weeks before I was expecting it. I ordered it with custom glass , that looks fantastic. This is the second door that I purchased from Martin in 1 & a half years. Both times as promised .My sales man was Tom .Great purchases,both times.

Description of Work: This is one FANTASTIC company. Absolutely everyone I dealt with, from the office staff, to the owner, to the installer....EVERYONE was wonderful. This means alot coming from me because I am very hard to please and am extremely critical of work performed on my home. The garage door they installed cost less than the exact same garage door that a chain hardware store had at the time. Martin Door also framed out the top of my garage opening to allow for installation of a torsion spring that they also placed. They hauled away all of the old garage door material. They did everything with a smile on their face and great workmanship to boot. Nothing bad to say...THEY ARE THE BEST and I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

Description of Work: We have 2 garage doors; both broke the same day. I had a very small window of time (2 hours) to accommodate a service call. Martin Door fit their service into my time frame, were very punctual and efficient. The technician explaned every thing to me, told me how to check the doors in the future and the proper maintenance of the doors. He finished with time to spare.
