The ones we had, the contractor cabinets were pieces of junk. The gentleman that did the cabinets, I would give him top marks.

I really liked their sales person on the floor. He was in kitchen and countertops area. He really knew how to measure things. He could give us an accurate account of what it would cost. There was no guess work with him. We compared the price and it was in line with others. Their punctuality was very good.

I guess it's an expensive tool. I didn't even compare it with Home Depot but they were pretty expensive. They are not regular pliers, they are like vise grips except that it's got that little prong that holds your plants or wood together in position. It was $30 which sounded a lot for a pair of pliers. It's a special kind of pliers. They can use more people for when you need stuff but other than that, they seem to be pretty good. I think they may be a little bit higher on their prices than Home Depot but sometimes I think they've got a little better quality. I just kind of bounce back and forth. For every 2 good experiences, you get a bad one or one is less than stellar. They seem to do what they're supposed to be doing. I'll continue to use them. I like Lowe's.

It puts out good air. I had no problems, I love Lowe's. I would say their quality is good. I was greeted by one of their employees and they wanted to know if I needed any help and what not. That person was very, very nice and friendly.

The project went very well. They contracted some very good installers. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was pleased with their service. I give them A's for everything.

It is convenient as it is closer to my house. They had a good selection of carpets. They were helpful in deciding the kind of padding to be put in the basement as it was a concrete floor. I am very happy with the service.

We were not very happy with our experience. They were not as helpful as we would have hoped. They didn't keep in good contact; we needed to talk with them, but they wouldn't call us back, so we had to go in. They also weren't very knowledgeable. One person gave us one price or answer, another told us something different. We never knew what was going on. Once they did the work, however, it was fine. The installation was good.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE BLINDS READY WHEN PROMISED AND I DON'T THINK THEY HAD EVEN PLACED THE ORDER. I HAD TO KEEP CHECKING TO SEE WHEN THEY CAME IN.
