JETSTREAM CLEANING

Came same day I called. The only thing I didn't like was they were putting a ladder to the front of the house before they even knocked on my door. They assumed they needed to access the back of the house by climbing over the roof from the front. They were reluctant to listen to me that it was much easier to access the back at the back. I didn't feel like a client that was heard, but they finally yielded. Turns out the gutters weren't clogged, but the downspouts were, and the spots in the yard where the drain pipes drain had caved in. I appreciated their honesty. They could have cleaned the gutters anyway and charged me, even though I didn't need it, but they were honest about it. Same with their discovery that the gutter on the side of the garage can't be reinforced because we have rotted wood there. Again, a company with less integrity may have done the work and charged us for it. Turns out our downspouts were clogged and they cleared all those. They brought a crew of 3-4 guys and they got the work done quickly. Many reviewers said how this company was not on time for the job. I would have to agree with that. They came a couple hours later than they said they would. But, considering they were able to come same day and I was already home that day, anyway, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience, and I appreciated their pricing and their work. It felt great to have it done.

They did I very nice job. We have a large house and only took 1 1/2 hours. There was a slight mix up on the time they would start but it worked out just fine. I would highly recommend them.

It would have cost me less, but my gutters were in very bad shape. They were amazing. The team that came out was on time, efficient, professional, courteous, and I was most impressed with their service.

Bob and son did an excellent job cleaning my home and windows. This is the second time I have used them and have been pleased with both experiences.

Provider was easy to schedule, arrived on time and finished in about 2 hours. Excellent work. Very easy to talk to. Took into account all the concerns that I had.

I spoke with the provider on Thursday and he was able to schedule the work the next day. The provider was friendly and the work was completed in a reasonable time frame. He carried insurance and workmen's comp. He completely cleaned out the roofing sediment, leaves, etc., from all gutters high and low by hand. All this for $75. I will definitely use this provider again and would recommend him to anyone.

They were prompt and professional. The information I received helped me to protect my home from further damage.

They did a great job. Our gutters were filthy and I thought that $135 was an extremely reasonable price for what they had to clean. There were two of them. They worked as a team. They seemed very thorough in their cleaning and at the very end, I noticed that a little bit of dirt had gotten on one of our skylights, like from the inside I could see it and they had no problem hauling back out their ladder and climbing back up there and making sure they got it completely cleaned before they left. They made sure I was completely satisfied and overall, they did a really good job. It didn't take too long either. It seems like an appropriate amount of time for that work. I would definitely use them again. We will use them in the future and I would definitely recommend them to people.

WOW!!!! WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. HE ANSWERED THE PHONE ON THE 3RD RING AND WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE ME A QUICK ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE OF $100. HE ACTUALLY CAME IN BELOW ESTIMATE AT $85. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE AT MY HOUSE WITH 30 MINUTES OF MY CALL. ALTHOUGH I HAD TO STEP OUT AND WAS NOT THERE TO WATCH THE WORK BEING DONE, HE CALLED ME AFTERWARDS AND LEFT A DETAILED MESSAGE ON THE WORK PERFORMED INCLUDING HOW HE CLEANED OUT GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS, AND BLACK DRAINAGE TUBING. HE LEFT THE INVOICE ON MY DOOR HANDLE WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL THAT ASKED.

I found this company on Angie's List and sent an inquiry, but didn't hear anything back over a few days; I then did another inquiry through the company website, and again got no response. In the past I've sometimes had Angie's List providers who do more work by phone than email, so I called and left a voicemail, and then I got a response right away. Bob was helpful, gave a good, clear estimate based on my home description, and got a date on the calendar within a few days. He and his crew showed up at the time promised (within a 30 minute time range) and got right to work. Though there were a few items requiring some extra work, Bob didn't raise the price, and everyone worked with a very positive and accommodating attitude, which I appreciate - they even sprayed down my deck furniture pillows, which was going above and beyond. The crew had 4-5 guys, and the work was done in about 2.5 hours. I called JetStream because I got a bid from another provider which was 30% higher, and I felt that was overpriced for the work required. I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of this group and will definitely use them again.

Bob went above and beyond cleaning our clogged gutter in the pouring rain and thunder/lightning. He had to take the downspout off to clean it out.

If there was an A++ Jetstream would get it! They were super nice and extremely professional. But what impressed us even more was their attention to detail, not to mention that their going above and beyond what we asked for or expected, was fabulous! (I might add that they did that as a matter of pride in their work, and without any expectation of being paid more for doing so.) I can't sing their praises enough! Their work was exceptional! We've had the house pressure washed before by other companies and the cost was high and the work was mediocre at best. We'd put the siding and new gutters on 18 years ago and I thought that we would have to replace the gutters because no matter who we hired to do pressure washing, be it with hot water or cold, the result was always the same; our gutters and fencing always looked pathetic afterwards. Bob and another gentleman came to the house the first day and cleaned the gutters, afterwhich we discussed putting in mesh shields to keep leaves out, and getting the house and fence power/pressure washed. His esitmate was more than fair, in fact the price for all the work was excellent! So the following day after cleaning out the leaves he came back with the required amount of mesh to place in all the gutters. Because it was too cold to power wash the same day, he had to schedule for a day where the temperature would be warm enough to get the job done. He called to let us know he would be back out on Sunday. He not only cleaned the siding and vinyl fencing, but he did the patio and the walkway up to the house! They even cleaned the patio furniture! The whole house sparkles! The fence which had looked so much like the gutters prior to Jetstream coming out, looked pristine, and the gutters glistened like they were brand new! The house looks fabulous! The entire job came to about $409.00, and because they did such a marvellous job and had gone above and beyond what we'd expected or asked, and because they came out on a Sunday to take care of us, we gave them a bit more than the contracted price as a thank you. We are both pleased as punch with how our house looks now. We highly recommend them!

After a couple day delay, the job was performed quickly and reasonably priced.

They parked, threw up a ladder, climbed up on the highest part of the house to examine the gutters. They said "You don't need us. These gutters are really clean". What a surprise since we have never cleaned the topmost gutters. I described a particular problem I have when it rains and they proceeded to clean out a drain pipe that was clogged with gumballs. They were going to charge me only $25 but I felt bad that they had driven all the way out to my house for so little work I gave them $40. They were here and gone in 1/2 hour.

They came out two days after we called them. We had them clean the gutters since their estimate was good. They did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters (our gutters were really, really clogged). There was a little bit of sediment and dead leaves left over near the downspout after they cleaned, but overall they did a good job cleaning up after the work was done.
