They are local. It did not go as expected. They were not as professional as I hoped. It was my mistake, I should have not done that. It was not designed as my plan. I put them under pressure on the bid. My design was craft sheet and it was not designed that way. It was cheaper. It was a fiasco. I should have not gone with them from the beginning. I learned a lot from them. The work men were good.

It was great experience, First a rep came and gave an estimate. Second a measurement person came and measured. Third the carpenter came and installed the windows.

Took long time to start work. Was supposed to begin in June, moved to July, then August. Finally got started end of September. We were told it would take 4 weeks. Ended up not completing job until first week in December. The workers were very friendly, I.E. Sonny and Andrew. Charlie also helped to finish the job. We are very happy with the end results. I would ask for a breakdown of expenses though if I did it all again. THe bid started at $29,000, but ended up at the $21,000 amount, although I was asked to write an additional check for $3000 for the electrician. They cleaned up the work site every day. Just took a lot longer then we expected and they didn't start for several months after promising to start the job in June.

Did the work without any problems even though we weren't home. Returned second trip to settle up and give paper work warranty.

Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time and did a beautiful job!

Designer didn't convey floor removal to carpenters. Carpenters resolved issue. Carpenters were helpful. Wall paint looks like one coat. Would work with carpenters again. Would not work with designer again.

Promised a completed project by Christmas and finally completed project on April 7....Much of their work had to be redone multiple times and some of it was finished by myself....Very unprofessional, undependable, and sloppy craftmanship....They made our lives miserable and wish we had never come in contact with them...We believe the project was way to big for their abilities and could never recommend them to anyone....

They first came out and what they had offered to me did not meet my expectations. I phoned them, and they came and remeasured. The product they delivered to me could not be used. It was not suitable for my needs.

Company representative was very professional and explained things very well and showed up on time to the initial consultation. Then we never heard back for scheduling the install. When I called about installation, they claimed they had already installed our attic fan. I then went to my backyard and looked at our roof and sure enough! There was our attic fan! While I found it strange, it was nice to not have to schedule extra time off from work to get it installed. I have since had an energy audit from a separate company and they found the attic fan to be working well for us. Overall I would recommend this company.

Product well presented-answered all questions. Problems with delivery estimate, but worked with me to accommodate new schedule. Professional install-on time once scheduled.

In October 2013, we hired Integrity Home Solutions to install a fence in our backyard. We expressed that we wanted the fence in before the winter really hit, so we wouldn't have to walk the dog in the snow. We asked if weather was a problem with installation and were told that they could install the fence unless there was a foot of snow on the ground. The salesman told my husband and me that the fence would not take long to put up once it got through the permit process with the city, so it could be installed within a few weeks. We were also unsure about having "handymen" put in the fence rather than professional fence installers. The salesman told us that his fence people only do fences, so that is their specialty. We felt confident and hired Integrity. We called multiple times over the next few months and received either no response or vague explanations. Finally one of my calls in late January 2014 got somewhere. Integrity told me that the fence installation was scheduled to begin that day and they were surprised no one had called either me or my husband to confirm. So later that day two men came and dropped off a few fence posts in our backyard, and they said they would be back in the morning because it was too late in the day to start. It was almost a week later that the men came and put in the fence posts, with no explanation as to why they hadn't returned. They returned on a Friday and set the fence posts, then said they'd be back on Monday to wrap the fence, which should only take a few hours. Monday came and went. My husband called and was told the men were not scheduled to come back for another week. Once they returned, the crew (who we were assured only do fences, per the salesman) told us they had not come back because they had to finish up a deck they were working on. Throughout the whole process, we expressed our dissatisfaction with the company to a number of people. Not one of them asked why we were so dissatisfied (some we told why anyways), no one offered sympathy, or no one asked what they could do to make it better. In the end, we got a fine fence. Better than any other company? Probably not. Worth the hassle, lengthy wait, frustration, and a lack of concern on the company's part to ensure we were happy? No. At the end, they provided us with an Angie's List review form and asked us to talk about what a great experience we had. I told the rep that we were NOT pleased and he said lightheartedly, "well just rip up that review form then!" and left the house with his final payment in hand.

I wasn't pleased with it. I wasn't pleased on how they handled the pre-inspection. I think they're not being smart, to tell you the truth. They would come in and they would do the measuring. I had a little bathroom. It's the master's bathroom but it's very small. They wanted to charge me over $30000 for this bathroom. When I asked them when they first came here, I wanted them to draw me a diagram. I wanted them to show me what it would look like. The first time, they didn't show me. Somebody else came back and he brought typewritten paper and they just scrabbled stuff on it. I felt like they're condescending to me. They wouldn't break things down as to what this would cost. I wouldn't pay $30000 for a bathroom that's only big enough for a shower, a single sink and a toilet.

I didn't care for their plan really, and the quote was way too high, at $15,000.

I bought their Big Deal. The service turned out very good. It was a good value even though it was a shot in the dark to figure if I could fix my roof rather than doing something major. He went kind of above and beyond. I had a small leak around my chimney and he said he may or may not fix it because it was in worse shape than what the service would normally do and I was pretty sure that was a true thing. He also sealed around all the other vents and everything. It was well worth having somebody go up there and seal everything even though it did not fix the problem but it was okay. He also gave me some suggestions as far as what to do which was very useful.

From day 1 it has been one misreprestation after another. They promised a dumpster for the tear down of the deck, it never came.When the wood was delivered it did not look right. We contracted for a 12x20 deck with stairs to replace a 12x16 deck with no stairs. They were going to build it 12x16 with no stairs. After we finally got them back out to the house they agreed to build a 12x17 1/2 deck with stairs.They agreed to drop the price 2400 dollars, 4 weeks later they came back with the new wood and wanted more money or would not start work, we gave them another 1/3. We felt we had to give them the money because they had already torn down our old deck and we couldn't park in the driveway or garage because of the supplies in the driveway. We also had to push the china hutch in front of the backdoor to keep our grandchildren from opening the door and falling 7 feet to the ground. It has been 3 more weeks and they tried to tell us it is finished but it won't pass inspection and it looks very bad. The deck has a bad lean I get dizzy when i look at it, the rails are spaced uneven and cut to different lenghts. The whole thing is unacceptable. I think the price should be alot less and someone else should correct the problems.

I bought the Angie's List deal for $49 for roof tune-up and $100 towards service. I had an old roof and wanted to make sure I got through the winter. Found it a bit difficult to schedule because communication was not great. Then, when he came out, he didn't only brought a 16ft extension ladder - so he couldn't get on the roof. They did the service and he pushed to have me get the insurance inspector out because he thought there was hail damage. He was just hoping to get a inspector that would sign off on a new roof - but the roof wasn't really damaged by hail - it was just 23 years old. I did it anyway and the insurance inspector agreed that there were signs that the roof was old, not hail damaged. Anyway, I was glad to get the tune up (sealing around chimneys, reattach loose shingles) for a low cost - but wound up wasting a lot of my time.

We first called in December. They came out to look at what needed to be done and suggested we make a claim with our insurance. They also returned when the adjuster came out to make sure he saw what they were seeing. Integrity agreed to do the work for whatever price the insurance company said. (In hindsight, I would have had the adjuster out first/separately from Integrity and required Integrity to provide me their own bid instead of just accepting "we'll do it for the insurance price". How do I know if I received a good deal or if they overcharged me?). All through the process Rosie kept in contact with us, letting us know when a team would be out to handle each of the projects. It took a little longer because of all the rain, but the job was completed and our roof no longer leaks. They replaced everything (including putting new one-piece lead boots on the stack pipes) and even came back out when I had questions about a couple of things (flashing around the chimney and shingles on the ridgeline). They didn't require our deductible until all the work was completed and then allowed us to make payments. Overall, I found them easy to work with.

We are very pleased with the installation of our windows. The service and installation was excellent. Upon researching windows prior to selection, we found that the installers of the product was of upmost importance. Watching the installers (2) they took care to insure the job was done correctly and took the time to explain the need for ":plumb and square". In addition to the installers, the rest of the crew was very thorough. Working as a unified team one would follow the other to insure the smallest detail such as a small bit of insulation was installed. Near the end of the effort they reported a small scratch on one window and 2 screens with small holes. The company replaced the window and screens.

Worked fast. A year later, not problems have arose, so that is good. Some problems with clean up of yard (leftover tacks in yard), but nothing major. Good company to work with.

The sales team was very good, providing a CAD visual solution within a few minutes. A bit of pressure to sign the same day, but this is to be expected. It is what sales people do. We were glad we did. Integrity recommended Ambassador Flooring for our kitchen. We went to Ambassador and got an estimate, but chose Basye Flooring in St. Peters and we were GLAD WE DID! Mike and Randy at Basye Flooring have great customer service and their price for the same floor for which Ambassador gave us an estimate was 25% LESS. All of the installation sub-contractors were excellent. Ken and Steve did all the demo and install of the cabinets and island. Tim, the electrical guy, was outstanding. The plumbing guys did a good job also, but failed to explain our plastic drain fixture in the sink which initially had a problem but eventually worked itself out. The reason I rated responsiveness as only "Good" was that occasionally we didn't hear from Cory (the project manager) from time-to-time to let us know what the upcoming schedule would be. Other than that, he did a great job. Overall, it took a month from initial demo to completion (with the exception of a couple of minor details that have and are being resolved by Rosey at Integrity). I would definitely recommend them for projects of this type. I was especially impressed with Mark, the sales person, as he showed us what our kitchen would look like at contract signing, and that is the way it turned out. We would definitely recommend Integrity (and already have) for your kitchen remodeling needs. They are a local St. Charles County company and deserve your business.

This deal went alright. They guy was very personable and professional. We just were not "wowed" by the design.

We were quite pleased with the service and cost. No real problems to vent. Would use again.

Home Integrity Solutions we used them about three weeks ago. We were charged $13,000. I think they did a great job. The house turned out magnificent, it really did. The workers were very professional and courteous. Cleaned up, they kept everything clean and did a phenomenal job.

They were really fast and came out quickly. There was no lag time. I would use them again someday. I would have no problem contacting them. They were very friendly.

Individual came to home but never came back to complete work or followed up. Contacted company 2 months after to find out what was plan and found out individual no longer with company. Requested refund - heard nothing for 2 weeks recalled and spoke with production manager - refunded cost next day. Disappointing first time used for big deal. Can not say whether was individual issue or company concern.
