At Hot Shotz Mobile Power Wash, we offer a wide variety of high / low pressure cleaning for both commercial and residential customers. We have proudly served the St. Louis area since 1988. The owners, Brian and Gail Vance, believe in a strong work ethic. We work hard to do the job as if it were our own property. Our technicians are fully trained and insured, and all of our chemicals are biodegradable and non-hazardous to the environment.

Description of Work: Provider offered his special after I explained the approximate size of the driveway to be sealed. I agreed to the work and date. He arrived on the day agreed and informed me that the driveway was bigger than he expected and could not offer his special. It's an average two car garage driveway of average length but his new price was $900.00. I declined. I'm sure it's not a scam but it certainly has some of the appearances.

I'm sorry you feel this way that was not my intention at all I'm sure I was upfront explaining that a two car driveway is an average of 700 ft.² plus it is also in the ad that you called about 700 ft.² for $499 your driveway ended up being 1270 ft.² which is almost twice the normal size of the driveway so yes we needed to charge accordingly everybody else seems to have understood this except you and this I apologize for. This by no means is a scam it's clearly stated in our ad plus I reinforced that when I talk to you on the phone. After 27 years in business I don't think I would be receiving mostly A ratings and this is my first F if I was trying to scam people now. I am definitely sorry you're not happy with us but I highly recommend you get your new driveway sealed before the winter time if we can help you out by just cleaning it and you can save some money and seal it yourself or please look for another contractor to get that done because it would be a shame to let your new driveway deteriorate through the winter over the couple hundred dollars you might have to pay for it.

Description of Work: They power washed our house, and patio. I was amazed to see our gutters white again, they did an excellent job. I was however a little disappointed that none of the brick work appeared to have touched. The ad said there would be spot cleaning of the brick but that did not appear to be the case. But to be honest, I was so excited in how the rest of the house turned out that I really didn't care.

[member name removed], I'm so sorry and saddened to hear you were not completely satisfied with our work. We do try to contact our customers afterwords unfortunately not everybody is always available, I do wish you would've call gladly try to clean that corner up unfortunately when the concrete is lower than the ground around it are there's just a low spot some dirty water can seep back onto the concrete. I would've been happy to come back and clean that up for you. As for the price you purchased a deal for cleaning up the 700 ft.² the print definitely says after that there's another charge and you had more square footage than the deal allowed. That's what we always give a price once we get there and measure it. That would've been the time to say I don't want to pay any extra. What I would suggest for you and all Angie's list customers is always call The contractor before you purchase that way all the details even though they are wrote out on the Angie's list website you can verbally hear them also.
