Our overall experience was very good. The employee's were pleasant and friendly. There were a couple of minor mistakes, but anything we wanted changed was immediately taken care of. I would definately use them again and recommend them.

We contacted Jaylin at Harvestowne Irrigation. He gave us an estimate and installed 4 weeks later. Jaylin came back to ensure we had what we wanted.

The work was excellent. Danny Rolens was easy to work with. He was very responsive, and he demonstrated exceptional care in all of the work that was performed. I would readily recommend him to my friends and associates.

Excellent service - punctual - polite - thorough and provided a comprehensive layout and estimate. Nothing bad to say at all, other than we decided to go with another company that provided a comparable proposal at a slightly lower price.

We set up a date to install. They showed up on time and completed the job less than 7 hours. I was completely satisfied and will recommend them to anyone.

Harvestowne did a great job. I was really pleased. It was extremely hot and the ground was very hard, but they got it done on time and with minimal damage to my yard. I would use them again, no question.

We called Harvestowne to do the start up of our irrigation system. When the tech came out to do the start up of the system, he said there were problems in the lines. A time was set up for someone to come back. A tech came out and didn't have enough time to do the repairs. Another man came out about a week later and this time the tech said the control panel was broken. Now, it had been working every visit up to this time. At this point, we decided to get a second opinion. The system wasn't working, we had multiple visits, and our bill was over $500 and nothing was working! We opted to have another company replace the panel and called to have our bill adjusted from Harvestowne. We won't be doing business with them again!

The crew, arrived on time each day and efficient. They fully explained the system's operation and left no mess behind.

Dan was outstanding. He was sensitive to our budget and helped us trim the scope of the project in a way that met our needs. Dan and the installation crew were creative in solving some issues that came up with the water line, and took care of the permits. Dan full explained how the system works and the lawn recovered quickly from the installation "scars". The results for our yard, despite the drought, were terrific. Highly recommended.

In any summer other than the drought of 2012, I would have applied an A++ to this work. While I can credit most of our trenches that still exist to the weather; I do believe the team could have been a bit more careful with the "digging". While there was apparently a ton of rocks in the yard, ensuring the place looked good after is key. I assure you I applied enough water..even in the drought. Overall, though, I would use them again. I had another bid and their cost was not only higher, but had the landscaping sprinkerlers and the rain detector and pathway lights extra. I guess I am quite pleased with Harvestowne; I just wish I did need to do this during the hottest time of the worst summer in .....decades !

After researching several good companies on Angie's List and getting referrals from others, we signed on with Harvestowne Irrigation. From the first call / scheduling with the office to the finished product- we are very satisfied.I met with Jalen at my home who explained in detail the features / benefits of the irrigation system and many things that I should be considering as the homeowner. He was very consultative and helpful in his presentation and took his time to explain everything ( from the product to layout of the system, installation, operation and on going servicing) Jalen was excellent in his presentation.Jalen and his team scheduled the installation (2 weeks out) and arrived as scheduled. His team worked diligently and installed the system (just as outlined in the original presntation). He was very patient in his coaching and demonstration of the system and took pride in talking about the professional servicing of the system in the future. After full installation, the office mgr (Danny) visited our home and talked with me to ensure proper installation and complete satisfaction. I appreciated his follow up visit. Over the past 2 months the system has worked awesome! I cannot believe we waited so long to install an irrigation system. Last week, I contacted Harevetowne (Jalen) again for some misc maintenance of the direction of the water distribution. Jalen very professionally returned to my yard and adjusted the sprayers (heads) and talked about the system again. NO charge for this follow up service visit. I am very happy with Jalen and the entire team at Harvestown Irrigation. I would highly recommend that you add them to your list of companies to obtain a quote and compare their services. They did exactly what they offered and did a great job with installation and more importanlty, the follow up comittment to service

Jenny came out promptly after I requested a bid and quoted me a reasonable cost to install an irrigation system. She went over the types of heads and how it would be laid out. The work started approximately 2 weeks later and took 2 days to complete. I noticed a couple of the heads were outside of my property lines and they came back out and moved them with no issue. I would highly recommend doing business with Harvestowne.

I used this company last year and was pleased with their service. Their servicemen are very good at what they do. The pricing is very competitive and their follow up is excellent. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for quality work and pricing for sprinkler systems.

Office staff is efficient, consistently organized and always willing to reschedule or respond to an emergency. The year following the installation I had a problem with the water destribution design I had approved and I asked for a price on redesign. They found a solution and adapted sprinkler heads at no cost to me. Another year, I had to call them out for different problem and they arrived promptly, fixed the problem and then taught me how to fix it so it wouldn't cost me money in the future. I highly recommend Harvestowne--and have done so.

They showed up on the date and at the time they said they would. The thing that amazed me the most is the team leader knew exactly what the job entailed and had the team working in collaboration with each other. The entire crew was very professional, respectful of my wife and I, and our property. A few times I looked out the window at various crew members and watched them do little things like put a rock in their pocket rather than throw it in the hole they dug for the the sprinkler head. I called the woman that initially came out and gave me the bid and told her this was the best service experience, of this magnitude, that I have ever experienced. The salesperson was professional & on time, the work was done on time as promised, everything to our satisfaction. All services has been prompt & efficient.

Very responsive in providing estimates for projects and did a very good job of installing the sprinklers without making a mess of the rest of the yard. Will definitely continue to use them for further installation and ongoing maintenance of my system

I have had calls when it seems the charges were being doubled up and heads for sprinklers were being replaced more often than it seemed necessary over and again.
