They showed up on schedule and were very friendly and accommodating. Mike the owner is quite competent but his assistant was not. Price was to include brushing down screens, but they did not do anything with the screens. Some screens were not put back properly. Some room side wood snap-in grills were not put back properly.
Description of Work: Cleaned approximately 30 double hung windows on two story house.

I WAS NOT AS HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I THOUGHT I WOULD BE GETTING, WE HAD SET A DATE FOR HIM TO COME AND DO THE JOB AND THAT MORNING HE CALLED AND SAID HE COULD NOT MAKE IT, SO WE REBOOKED FOR A WEEK LATER. THE MORNING HE WAS TO BE AT MY HOME AT 9AM AND SHOWS UP 30 MINUTES LATE. AS FOR AS THE WINDOW CLEANING THEY DID LOOK GOOD BUT I THOUGHT HIS PRICING WAS VERY HIGH.
Description of Work: CLEANING 11 ATRIUM WINDOWS THAT ARE 30 FEET OFF GROUND LEVEL AND CLEANING 11 REGULAR WINDOWS ALL FROM THE INSIDE.
