 + -1 moreWhat started out as a minor inconvenience of some ceiling lights out in the basement was uncovered as a bigger problem with main wiring exposed and unraveling outside. Eric was very professional every step of the way. This was at my mother's house and he made sure we understood the seriousness of the issue and showed us the wear and what needed to be fixed. He stabilized the issue on the first visit and then made the rest of the repair on the second visit. This was just after Christmas 2017 and the weather was in the single digits. Much of the work was outside. He redid the wiring where needed and within the estimated time and pricing. I can't remember the exact cost but it was very reasonable. We certainly recommend him highly. We felt very grateful and reassured once he finished the work. We will not hesitate to call him in the future.

 + -1 moreExcellent. I've been using Eric's Electric over the past 5 months for a wide variety of projects. I hired him once and was so impressed I never considered trying another electrician after that. He's fully licensed, so he can pull required permits as necessary, He always arrives early for appointments, is extremely professional and wastes zero time. He spells everything out in advance so I always know what to expect, and works quickly and efficiently. I've hired him for both bid work, and time and materials hourly work. As long as he continues working in the area, he'll always be the electrician I call when I need one.
Description of Work: 1) Installed new 200 amp main electrical panel in my home, including replacing old overhead main service connection with new underground supply service. 2) Installed new 100 amp subpanel. 3) Installed & wired about 45 new interior can & wall lights throughout home in rooms & closets. 4) Installed about 10 new receptacles. 5) Removed some improper, unsafe wiring (from original 1970 construction) & correctly rewired the attached fixtures. 6) Installed two new exterior lights. 7) Installed new dedicated 20 amp circuit & receptacle for clothes washer. 8) Installed new 30 amp clothes drier circuit & receptacle. 9) Upgraded several 2 way lighting switches to 3 way switching. 10) Installed new 120 volt smoke detectors in required bedrooms, hallway & basement. 11) Installed & wired 7 new ceiling fan boxes throughout house, including new wall switching for three of them. 12) Eliminated a substantial amount of old aluminum wiring & replaced it with new copper wiring. 13) Rerouted some wiring that was in the way for remodeling, I'm probably forgetting something.
