they came with a trailer that was equipped with the jig to hold the door to cut out a section for the new glass insert. they also installed 2 side lites. in all it took under 2 hours to do the work. it made a dramatic change to the front entrance,

Was on-time and professional. I appreciate him walking me through what needed to be done. It was probably a small job as far as his experience and expertise but still outside our budget. A family member ended up doing the work - you cannot price beat free labor! I would definitely call them for larger projects.

The sales visit was pleasant, not high-pressure. We discussed replacing the door unit compared to getting the glass inserts. The salesman was knowledgeable about the product and offered good advice. He was also able to help us visualize what the inserts would look like installed on our house, which helped to decide which style we wanted. We originally planned to replace our screen door, but, after talking to him about the way we use the front door (he gave us some good insight based on his experience, when he could have just sold us a screen door), we decided to just remove the screen door and not replace it. The install team was two guys, one experienced and one learning. The cut-out and install of the door part went smooth, as they just put the door on a machine and it makes the cuts pretty quickly. However, it seemed like they did not have the correct tools (they used a reciprocating saw and a screwdriver as a guide) to make the cut-outs for the sidelights. Each side took over 30 minutes just to cut the rectangle for the insert. However, when the job was done, it looked pretty good. One thing I would recommend, is to do a light sand and prime on the trim, if you want to paint it. They told me the trim was 'already primed,' and that I did not need to use a primer. But the good-quality paint I was using did not want to stick to the plastic trim very well. All said, we are pretty happy with the job and materials.

Their process allowed me to keep the same door. They did the job in about 1.5 hrs - they were very skilled carpenters. They cleaned up well. The window is now more efficient and definitely more attractive. It lets in a lot more light.

I set an appointment with the owner Ron on 7/25. He was very professional and came to the house on time. He brought glass samples, brochures, a digital camera and computer. He took pics of my front door and downloaded them so I could see how the various styles of decorative glass would look on my house. He was also able to change the paint trim on my door to see how that would affect the overall look. He gave me a price during the appointment which was very competitive.He was very knowledgeable about his product. Michelle in his office was very helpful. She responded to emails quickly. She sent me addresses of a few customers who had chosen the style I selected so I could see it on a home. I visited the showroom to see the actual door samples. I was very glad I did that because it caused me to change my mind on the style I chose. Ron also gave me information on a new door handle which I could purchase through them and they install. I decided to wait on changing that though. I ordered the door and it came in sooner than expected. Michelle called me quickly to set up my install. Installation went very smoothly and details are above. I had a few random questions for Ron afterwards that I emailed to him. He responded promptly to my inquiries.

Beautiful selection glass panels for my door. On time for estimate appointment. Explained everything well. When they came to perform the work, they were on time, did it the estimated time frame, did a great job, cleaned up well. Loved them!

Everything went wonderful. I talked to Ron, he was very pleasant. He has a computer program that shows how the windows will look. He is not pushy. We order the products and they did everything they could to get them done before Christmas. The workers were very nice and worked quickly. It looked like a totally different entry way. It looks gorgeous.

Entrypoint did a great job. Answered all our questions as we were comparing competitive quotes. Very easy to work with...not aggressive and pushy like one of their competitors so we were much more comfortable working with them. The product is pricey but their price was competive and has added so much to the look of our home.

This was a 5-star experience from setting the appointment to final installation and painting. Ron Aiello met us at our home to select the glass style. This was a fun experience. Ron took a photo of our front door. He then used the photo to show us door styles on his computer. This gave us a great idea how our selected style would look on our home. Steve and Greg installed the door--they were professional and did quality work. Everything was done right the first time. Ed painted the door--he too was professional and did quality work. Vicki in the EntryPoint Office was extremely helpful when we needed to reschedule appointments and arrange for additional work for other doors. Rus Leutkemeyer, the painting company, was also excellent to work with. We arranged to have other doors painted while they were on site. All the workers were terrific, especially considering the extremely high temperatures in which they were working. We had three bids. EntryPoint was very competive. The door looks amazing and has enhanced our home entrance tremendously. We are 100 percent satisfied.

The owner, Ron missed our initial appointment time scheduled for a Saturday morning. He apologized and offered us a $150.00 discount on the project if we decided to go with them. I really liked seeing what the door would look like before they did the work. They also called us when the glass was available sooner than expected to move up our installation date. It was also nice budget wise to pay half as a deposit and the remaining half when the project was completed.

Very well. The worker arrived on time, a little early even. A trailer pulled by a pickup with a self contained shop provided the worker all the facilities for cutting the door. Greg, the installer, was friendly, worked efficiently and had the job completed within a little less than two hours. He was very conscientious about cleaning every surface. The new door glass looks very good. We are pleased at this point.
