Fred is great to work with, is on time - to the minute! A very clean process. He didnâ t have a color of collar I wanted but promised to bring one out on the next trip, he did. I know this seems so simple but lately companies have been lacking simple follow up skills - not this one! We are two weeks into the process and it is working - Fred has saved my little Lucy!
